Beautiful house in a beautiful area for walking. From the house you can start directly on beautiful hiking trips. The house is equipped with everything, from the Sonos box to a nintendo. The absence of the duvet cover and towels is striking. But all in all recommended!

Very satisfied with the property. Everything was clean and correct. The only comments are the lack of the fire bowl that was in the photos. This was an important point for us. We felt very comfortable at the place. Everything was clean and well maintained, the kitchen well equipped – ideal if you want to cook or bake yourself. The location is quiet, with a beautiful view, and hiking trails start right outside the door. The contact with the hostess was friendly and straightforward.

If you want to spend a quiet weekend in the countryside, you are in very good hands in this accommodation. We enjoyed our time on site very much and were able to relax both in the apartment and in the directly adjacent garden. We loved the quiet surroundings. If you want to eat out, you have to drive a few minutes or walk a good distance, but you will definitely find what you are looking for. To emphasize: The accommodation was so clean that we thought we were the first guests.

The apartment is super close to the Moselle with great views. Everything was as described, we felt very comfortable. :)

The house is really not only fantastically located, but also very lovingly restored. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. It is a pity that the table tennis table and the sauna are not in or on the house, but on the opposite side of the street in the main house. If you could improve something, then a blackout option for the bedrooms would be nice or fly screens. We had four great days and would definitely come back.

The apartment is very nicely decorated. Everything you could possibly need is present and everything was very neat and clean. There is a lot of information for activities in the area and there are also games etc. to entertain you in the apartment. The balcony is tasteful and the view is really great. Village is within walking distance and we, 2 couples of 55+ found it easy to walk. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc. are within walking distance. The owner communicates well and is discreet. In short, we definitely recommend the apartment, and would love to come back again.

We spent a few days at this wonderful place last week, and it was truly a dream. We were looking for peace and rest, and we found exactly that—and so much more. The atmosphere is calm and soothing, the surroundings are beautiful, and the space itself is incredibly comfortable and cozy. The view and the nature around us felt like a dream come true. We felt deeply connected to the environment, and even though the pictures are beautiful, they simply can’t capture the feeling of actually being there. It’s something you have to experience for yourself. The hosts were absolutely lovely—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth and stress-free, which made everything even more enjoyable. We’re extremely happy with our stay and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended if you need to recharge in a peaceful, welcoming environment!

Contact and reception were very friendly. Suitable for large families. Children and adolescents were able to occupy themselves very well with the available toys and equipment, such as billiard table, kicker, table tennis in the building. Great covered barbecue area and fireplace available. We enjoyed the stay in the Backesgarten very much.

We spent 3 days in this cottage with 2 couples. We had a great time. Beautiful cottage and especially outside really nice with the jacuzzi, sauna and BBQ. Our partners were with the motorcycle and did several nice tours in the area. We would recommend this accommodation.

There were five of us in the mill and we really liked it! Nicole and Alfred are very warm and gave us good recommendations for exploring the area. Great view from the balcony directly into the forest. The street behind the house can be heard but is not very busy and therefore not a big deal. The apartment is very cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We totally enjoyed it - thanks for the wonderful time! :)

Nici and Frank's house is really worth a stay. We spent an extended weekend here with 3 families (one child each) and were super satisfied. The house is perfectly furnished and above all the kitchen, living and dining area are sensational and invite you to linger. Unfortunately, the weather was not so good, so we could not use the great terrace and the beautiful garden. The hosts are super friendly and help quickly if there is a question. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will certainly stay here again.

The place is really great. The garden with sauna and whirlpool is the absolute highlight. We had a great time and would love to come back. Absolute recommendation!

The apartment is really very high quality, the kitchen is super nice and modern. The building from the outside and the corridors to the room are less beautiful, but the accommodation can't help it. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed during our stay, which was a pity for us, as this was already a decisive aspect, which is why we were also willing to pay a little more. Overall, however, we had a great time and the apartment itself is, as I said, absolutely great and recommended.

Great apartment on the ground floor with a small but sufficient terrace overlooking a beautiful garden, as well as a small lake, wonderfully quiet location. Marianne was a super nice and great hostess. Communication was excellent and fast. The house dog (Tommy?) also greeted me in a friendly manner, and from time to time came to the terrace to play and for a few strokes. The town of Bad Münstereifel, about 5 km away, invites you to stroll through its many beautiful half-timbered houses and outlet stores in the historic town center, and is also worth a recommendation. Thank you very much for an unforgettable time in the Eiffel! I'll be more than happy to come back!

We had a really nice time at this place. It was super clean and tidy, and the amenities were really high quality – you could really feel the comfort. We are particularly pleased that our large St. Bernard dog was warmly welcomed here. Just made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely come back and would recommend this place!

On the escape from New Year's Eve noise, we found it well in this apartment. Our group needed 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and we had 4 dogs, 3 small, 1 medium sized. The apartment is large, well laid out and everything was well maintained and clean. Rarely have we had such a cozy living room where everyone found their place without being lined up. Great! Initially, probably due to the inversion weather, some smell kept out of the stable in the walls, but this was completely gone from day 3 and we can't say negative about 4 or about 2-legged neighbors. The proximity to Blankenheim would have been great if the place didn't seem close to extinction, but that's how we were warmed up for things to do and on the last day there was even a portion of snow and we didn't like to leave again. Our hosts were very kind. We can stay and fam. Lammers highly recommend, thank you for trusting our group!

There were three of us (by prior arrangement) with a total of five dogs in the accommodation. The reception was very warm, and the check-in with key box super easy. There was sweets and a bottle of sparkling wine for us - and for the dogs even bowl, treats and towels - which we never expected! The cottage is super cozy and had a great atmosphere, I immediately felt at home. There are plenty of hiking opportunities in the beautiful surroundings, you can also make nice evening walks directly from the cottage. I really loved this place and will come back to experience this region in different seasons.

This a wonderfully peaceful retreat with a great view from the lounge/balcony. The goats which David and Vanessa farm add some entertainment. We wanted for nothing really. The main living/sleeping space is light and airy, the kitchen well-equpped and the bathroom very practical. As well as a balcony to sit on, there is access to the garden with several sitting areas and even a sauna (which we didn't try). Above all, Vanessa and David are very warm and considerate hosts who were eager to ensure we had a good time. We're already thinking of another visit.

We spent 4 wonderful days with our two dogs at Tessa's place. We felt right at home. Our dogs were also very welcome. Tessa provided us with bowls and baskets. There was everything you need for a perfect holiday with a dog. We really enjoyed the surroundings and the hospitality. Thank you very much. Tessa is an excellent host. We will be happy to come back.
