Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Blue River

This was an incredible space and an incredible stay. The house was spotless and cozy. The hosts had everything you could ever want stocked and ready to go - everything you could need in the kitchen, 3 different kinds of coffee machines, extra linens, a comfy dog bed, a gift bag, and more. The steam shower was lovely and the hot tub was super clean. The property was quiet, private and peaceful, and the views were beautiful.

Great stay! Make sure you have 4x4 if you are staying here in the winter!

Karen’s place was perfect for our group of nine! The house was clean, spacious, and had stunning views from almost every room. There was plenty of parking, and the location was both private and super convenient for our snowboarding trip. Karen was an amazing host, she communicated with us really well and responded to messages quickly. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely book again!

The stay was beautiful. Delaying recommended a few restaurants and they were all excellent. The back porch right up on the river is stunning in both morning and evening.

We had a great time in Breckenridge for a last-minute long weekend to enjoy some spring skiing. The home is close to town, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Enjoyed the hot tub on the deck after skiing. Hosts were flexible with check-in/out and very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of 7 with pets! Kasey was extremely flexible, allowing us to check in early and was very responsive. She checked in multiple times with us throughout our stay which was very nice! The home is exactly as described and very beautiful. We had no issues and everything was very clean. Very well stocked for supplies/appliances also, only needed to buy groceries! We would definitely stay again!

We loved staying here and definitely would stay here again. There place is right on a river. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the water. There is also a walking path right there so it was easy to walk to restaurants. The house is well equipped to make cooking there easy if you like to do that. It had everything we needed. The hot tub is right outside there place which was convenient after hiking all day. Chris was very responsive to questions and check in/out was very easy.

This is a fabulous condo in an excellent location, just a few steps from the lifts. It was warm, cosy, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay and this was a great place to just get away. We immediately felt right at home, lots of family friendly amenities (pack and play, kid games, kid friendly dishes, & high hair). Easy to get to downtown Frisco and walkable to a nice creek. Highly recommend and hope to be back!

found this spot while traveling and riding at breck. it is a bit far (30 min), but it was a great place to stay. Bed and pillows were great! The secluded nature of it and the rural surroundings were very peaceful and nice at night. So many stars to see at night! I would recommend as long as you are okay with the distance. Dave and Miriam were sweet and friendly hosts!

Clint and Carina have a wonderful place located in Breckenridge. Just a short walk from downtown. I’ve rented many places in Breckenridge and the location of this place was amazing because of the ease of walk to the city. Plus being able to ski in at the end of the day was awesome. It’s just a short walk to the snowflake chair which got my heart going in the morning, which was perfect. Carina‘s communication through the course of my stay was awesome. I haven’t started planning my trip for next year, but I would easily stay in this location if it’s available thanks again Carina and Clint for allowing me and my family to utilize your home.

Great place to stay. Within walking distance to the slopes and downtown area. Clean accommodations. Friendly and responsive host. Would have liked a better view, but overall it was fine as we were hardly there. Would stay there again.

My wife and I came to Breckenridge for our grandson’s destination wedding. The accommodations we booked were absolutely perfect. The king size mattress was very comfortable and, with two full bathrooms, my wife and I were each able to have our own. Thoughtful touches abounded, such as a power strip next to the bed and a fresh bag of Peets coffee in the kitchen. And many more thoughtful surprises. The joyful sound of cascading water three floors down from our balcony was sublime. We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this location in Breckenridge. We will be back!

We recently stayed at Jay’s place in Alma for a ski trip, and we had the best time. The accommodation was perfect and, honestly, one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. The level of detail he’s put into all the little things makes for such an exceptional stay. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice, cozy stay away from the noise but close to the ski field.

We chose to have a small family gathering with our 3 kids to celebrate my husband's birthday here, it was amazing, this home had alot of charm. I loved the sunroom the view in morning was amazing, the family enjoyed playing pool in evenings. it was nice to get away and enjoy family time. It was so peaceful I would highly recommend staying here.

Impeccable location , great host and on time communication. This place has everything you can ask for. The best part is the hot steam on the master bedroom and the tree house. We were family of 7 and enjoyed every bit. Thanks for being a wonderful host.

Great time, great host and overall a beautiful home. If only one nit picky thing I had to say was more water pressure in the shower would be great, but that’s minor compared to the rest.

A bit far from stores and restaurants, but we were prepared and loved to cook at the house. Scenery was beautiful, I loved waking up to the mountain sunrise every morning. We were looking for a quiet, peaceful, and serene place in the mountains for our girls trip. Jordan's place delivered on everything! It's just like the pictures. Her attention to detail is amazing. For example they have that beautiful tub, but she also provides a towel warmer, epsom salts, bubble bath- you get the full experience of everything her cabin offers. The kitchen was very well stocked- they even have a water filter pitcher which was appreciated. The beds are soooo comfortable as well. I highly recommend Jordan's place for a beautiful getaway!

We’re so glad we chose Brian’s cozy cabin for our annual girls trip! Brian provided detailed instructions for our stay. The views were amazing and provided the reset and connection to nature we needed. The cabin was also located in a great spot for us to easily get to plenty of hiking trails and amazing food/desserts in Breckenridge ! Would definitely recommend you check this place out :) & hopefully I can make it back one day!

Had an amazing time at the cabin! Absolutely beautiful space with tons of amenities, functional kitchen, games and TV, Cosy bedrooms. The property is beautiful, lots of privacy and we loved the hot tub and fire pit. Perfect weekend getaway for my birthday, highly recommend!
