The apartment is equipped with all the necessary things for everyday needs. Towels and linens are changed weekly. On site, there is a fully equipped high-gloss kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge, pod coffee maker, microwave and stove with ceramic hob. So nothing stands in the way of cooking on site. Movie Park can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by car, Westfield Centro or Schalke Arena in approx. 20 minutes, but there is also a good bus connection (approx. 100 m). A small supermarket is approx. 1 km away, a petrol station open 24/7 approx. 300 m and the Grafenmühle holiday area approx. 3 km away. Larger supermarkets are located within a radius of approx. 4 km.
