Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafräume mit 6 Betten, mehr als 6 Gäste nehmen wir nicht auf.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Nähe zur A40, ist aber ruhig gelegen und daher ein Ort für Einkehr und Erholung. Neben zwei großen Schlafzimmer mit einen Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett, bietet die geräumige und vollausgestattete Küche viel Raum zur Entfaltung.

Free parking lots are in front of the house. Our entry door is protected with Ring system which also takes a video of anyone close to door.

The bright, newly renovated and newly equipped apartment (90 m²) is located on the first floor of the house that we live in ourselves. There are two separate bedrooms. In the living room, a sofa bed can be used by two people. In the spacious, fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden, nothing stands in the way of a shared breakfast with six people. Wi-Fi and a large TV (46 inches) are provided. Coffee and tea are available free of charge for the first day.

Our spacious and light-flooded apartment offers the perfect starting point for the Veltins Arena (3.2 km) and the ZOOM adventure world (1.8 km). A place to relax after an eventful day or an exciting evening. An extra-wide box-spring bed (180 × 200) and a Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (160 × 200) give everything for a relaxing night's sleep. The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

Many other Bochum attractions (Starlight Express, planetarium, city park, Bermuda3Eck) are not far away.
