The "Schlosssee-Arkaden" building complex, built in 2021 in the center of Salem / Lake Constance district, is directly adjacent to the popular Schlosssee nature park. On the ground floor there is an Edeka market, a drugstore, a bakery with café and a pizzeria. The upper floors are reserved for apartments. The offered 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by elevator. It is assigned a private parking space in the in-house underground car park.
