Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Unsere 2020 fertig gestellte, moderne, 69 qm große Ferienwohnung befindet sich am Ende einer ruhigen Sackgasse, umgeben von Grünflächen, historischen Wirtschaftsgebäuden und einer Obstanlage in Bodman. Für unsere Gäste stehen eine voll ausgestattete Küche, 1 Bad mit Dusche, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Wohnbereich mit TV, Essbereich und eine große Terrasse mit Esstisch, Sonnenschirm, Liegestühlen und fantastischer Seesicht, kostenloses WLAN und 1 PKW Stellplatz zur Verfügung.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig, aber dennoch zentral in Bodman. Nur etwa 6 Gehminuten vom See entfernt. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern: einem Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch (140 cm Liegefläche) sowie einem Schlafzimmer. Ein separates Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Küche verfügt über eine Kochinsel (ohne Backofen), eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, einen Kühlschrank und einen Geschirrspüler. Eine kleine Terrasse gehört dazu.

Die große 5-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock des Gebäudes und bietet auf 126 qm und 4 Schlafzimmern Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Zwei der Schlafzimmer sind mit 1,80m breiten Doppelbetten ausgestattet, die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer haben 1,40m breite Betten. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Bäder mit Dusche und WC. Für das Auto und die Fahrräder gibt es im abgeschlossenen Innenhof des Anwesens ausreichend Platz.
