Unsere gemütliche, grosse, helle Wohnung ist ideal für 1 - 3 Gäste, die sich erholsame Auszeit suchen. Gleichzeitig ist es ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung und zu interessanten Zielen. Auch im Herbst und Winter! Zum See sind es nur ein paar Minuten den Berg hinunter. Hier könnt Ihr mit der Fähre nach Meersburg übersetzen - und auch die Insel Mainau ist nicht weit. In die Altstadt führt ein schöner langer Uferweg oder der kostenlose, direkte Bus (ca. 10 min.).

Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

You have the option for family-friendly activities, to enjoy the beautiful Lake Constance and to visit traditional restaurants. Our place is ideal for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). A good starting point for day trips, including to neighboring Switzerland and Austria. Modernly furnished, bright, sunny and 75 m² large: Our three-room apartment on the first floor of our four-family house offers a lot of space for holiday dreams. A large open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer as well as TV and WLAN offer all comfort. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (box spring) and has its own terrace access. A separate children's room with pull-out bed and a WC with a spacious shower complete the offer.

Haus 1820 (EG)

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. The apartment consists of a large living room and bedroom, bathroom with shower/bathtub and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. A terrace and parking space are also available. In addition to the specified price, the city of Radolfzell charges a tourist tax of €3 per person per day.
