Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The holiday apartment "Casa Ka Sol", located in Bodman-Ludwigshafen, was built in 2020 and offers an excellent view of the lake. The 50 m² accommodation consists of a living and dining room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, and oven. Underfloor heating and cooling as well as active ventilation ensure a pleasant indoor climate all year round.

Beautiful apartment in the second row of the lake with magnificent views of the lake and the Alps. Just a few steps to the lake. Two stoves provide coziness in the cold season. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge/freezer leaves nothing to be desired. The electric car can also be charged. In front of the house begins a unique natural beach that invites you to stroll.
