Dit chalet is binnen 6x4 en voorzien van keuken (met magnetron-oven en koelkast), badkamer met douche en toilet, een knusse bedstee (1.40m x 2.00 met een opstapje) en voldoende bergruimte. Het ruime, overkapte terras van 6x3 meter (westen) betrek je gemakkelijk bij de leefruimte. Je zit echt áán het (zwem)water van de schone plas. Unique place overlooking the Vecht.

In the picturesque Nigtevecht, yet close to Amsterdam, is the uniquely located vacation home on the wide river/lake the Vecht. The chalet is located on a large detached plot, directly on the water with unobstructed views over the countryside. With private parking. A lovely place for the peace seeker. But also the opportunity to seek entertainment in the area. Fishing on the jetty or swimming in the clean water of the Vecht, it's all possible here. A veranda has been built on the chalet.

Beautiful detached chalet in our backyard with a heated pool (approximately May-October 1st). Plenty of privacy and warmly decorated. Beautifully located in Santpoort Zuid near the beaches of Bloemendaal, Zandvoort, and Ijmuiden. At the entrance to the Kennemerduinen dunes. Also within cycling distance: Haarlem, the best shopping city in the Netherlands, with its many restaurants and cozy pubs. Easily accessible by train and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam city center.

Hoeve Nieuw Batelaar has its own private entrance and garden, and guarantees a lot of privacy. The large living room, with an open kitchen has special views over the countryside, and gives guests a sense of calm and space. The spacious bedroom has a luxurious box spring bed for 2 people. The 2nd bedroom has an extendable double bed. The spacious bathroom with a massage shower and infrared sauna, gives access to a wonderfully heated indoor swimming pool.

Enjoy the wonderful view of the river Meuse. Use your own jetty to enjoy boating or fishing, there is also a boat ramp next to the chalet to launch your own boat. This chalet has every comfort. Een heerlijke vrijstaande bungalow, gelegen op loopafstand van het strand op een rustig en groen terrein. In 2019 volledig en duurzaam gerenoveerd, uiteraard van alle gemakken voorzien. Het huisje bevindt zich op een kleinschalig park met 25 huisjes. Het is geschikt voor 4 volwassen gasten en 2 kinderen. Het perceel is 260 m2 groot en U beschikt over 2 eigen parkeerplaatsen op het park.
