Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Bonnechere Valley

Our two night stay was amazing! Its proximity to Algonquin Park was definitely a plus! It was very private and very clean. I would stay here again in the future 😊

Great Airbnb. Private beach was great for the kids and they enjoyed paddle boat and kayaks. Pleanty of room for everyone. Big kitchen with everything you needed. Loved the back deck. Will recommend to family and friend.

absolutely loved this stay, we needed a few days away from our fast paced life to relax with the family and thas exactly what we got. beautiful home, comfortable bedding, breath taking scenery , hot tub was a plus. we loved it. our kids loved it even more. The place was clean, cozy, and it was exactly like the photos. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook. The check-in and check-out and garbage disposal process was very clear and detailed, as the host provided an easy to follow instruction. We'll definitely come back!

This is a magical place. We spent as much time as we could on the screened in patio because of the view, wildlife and relaxation without bugs. The living space was beautiful and functional, so well stocked of essentials and more. It felt like we were visiting friends who were happy that we were there. Great communication, very welcoming. We found the location to be a nice balance of wilderness and close enough to towns for needs. It was a great spot for us as we toured through all the towns outside of Ottawa. This area of the world is beautiful. And there are no better hosts than Julie and Tony.

I recently stayed at this cozy Airbnb for 2 nights and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I booked, the host Tony was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and he went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for my stay. The place itself was just as described — warm, inviting, and spotless. The fully equipped kitchen had everything I needed, which made it so convenient to prepare meals. One of my favorite parts was the excellent patio area. It was the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy the fresh air, and make use of the BBQ — such a relaxing way to spend the evenings. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful getaway. I’ll definitely be visiting again in the future!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Simona’s place! The property was beautiful with serene lake access, and the two decks made our evening hangouts especially comfortable and enjoyable. The house was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a stress-free and relaxing stay. Simona was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she went out of her way to make our visit comfortable, especially with our infant. Her thoughtfulness and hospitality truly made a difference. What a lovely space. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Sofabed was topped with a memory foam topper and was so comfortable. Each room had a fireplace giving the whole unit such a cozy feel. Sarah reached out ahead to provide details on arrival and knowing the we were there to see friends for St Patrick’s Day had decorated the unit. She also provided a welcome basket with snacks and a binder with information on the area. Will stay again the next time we’re in Douglas.

We had a great stay at the loft. It really felt like a home away from home. They provide everything you might need, and even made us delicious banana bread. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. The house is right downtown and everything is within an easy walk.

After 3 days in Toronto, Tunde's accommodation is a haven of peace. Very well maintained accommodation and what a view🤩. Good place to go for 1 day to Algonquin Park (80 km east entrance of the park). Visit the Egen Falls (a short walk not far from Bancroft). shop in Bancroft for groceries. Everything was perfect and Tunde responds quickly to our questions. i recommend this listing.

We had the perfect stay while at “Rowe’s Cabin” starting the new year in a quiet and peaceful setting. The hosts shared the story of the land and the cabin, including its history, adding to the experience and atmosphere for us that we really valued. They recommended going to Barron Canyon and we made sure to make a stop on our way out and it was the perfect ending to or trip, we were the only ones on the trail making it so much more whimsical. We snowshoed around the cabin and quietly sat in the window, playing uno, in the evening watching deer and wildlife coming up to the cabin for an hour or two. It had snowed the day we got there so it felt extra disconnected and relaxing. The hosts made sure we felt comfortable and safe in the cabin, we often are out in the woods during all times of the year and the hosts make this cabin experience in the woods fun and within reach to anyone new to the being in the woods or have more experience in the woods.

Very cozy cabin. Has everything you could need, all what you have to bring is your clothings. We even had the chance to taste their homemade maple syrup! Close enough to Bancroft but still tranquil, nobody can access the cabin but you. We saw people stopping by on the otherside of the lake but it feels OK and not invading, it is far enough to not care. Wildlife was abundant. We did not have much mosquitoes or annoying bugs outside and literally none inside. We went there as a couple with a dog and, once used to the space the cabin offers, did not feel squeezed, although it is not huge. Hosts were very kind and responsive. If you like small, serene and cozy places, this is a must try.

We had a fantastic stay at J&C Cottage! The place was incredibly spacious and packed with a wide range of activities both indoors and outdoors kept us entertained for hours. The cottage was spotless, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Even though there was no Wi-Fi or smart TV, we never missed them there was always something fun to do. Overall, an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend this place for a fun filled getaway

This was our third time staying at the Dream Cabin and each time is better than the last. Roman and Irina are the ideal hosts with their quick response times, easy check-in instructions, lovely hospitality and overall friendly people who never hesitate to answer questions or assist in any way. It’s truly a place of paradise and we will be revisiting for many more years to come. Thanks Roman and Irina!!

We stayed at cabin #1 during October 11-13 weekend. We loved this place. Very clean, cute cabin, worth the price. Amy was very quick to respond. There are kayaks, canoes to use, firepit, bbq grill. We had awesome experience. I am looking forward to book it again. I highly recommend this place for with kids trip. There is beautiful playground by the beach.

A very cute log cabin with a beautiful waterfront on a huge property. Super private, quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the cooking utensils I needed. The bed was comfy. My dog enjoyed all the greenery.

very private cabin and location, beautiful scenery, comfortable indoor space, super friendly, helpful hosts, and hands down the cleanest, best smelling outhouse I've ever come across. I loved the linens which were super soft, clean, and cozy. the kitchen was well equipped with complimentary coffee+sugar, mini creamer cups, dishes, stove, bbq and everything you'd need to use them. Fire pit is more secure than pictured wood provided, and kindling that lit up like matchsticks. they also make fresh maple syrup so bring $5.00 for a good size container (interaction free). not a thing missing!
