This house was great - we enjoyed our stay! There was a water main break in the surrounding area but Ryean stayed in contact and made sure we were taken care of. This was completely out of Ryean’s control, but the communication about the water situation and making sure we found the right detour to and from the property was extremely helpful and appreciated.

Wow! Reserve this hidden gem now. This "elegant beach house" is beautifully decorated in contemporary chill--with all the amenities to sleep in and stay home or go out all day and come home and relax. Our family of 8 had plenty of room to gather for a movie, play board games, or retreat to our own space. We could go outside and play cornhole--or split time between the hot tub and the firepit in the beautifully landscaped backyard--then eventually fall asleep in the super comfortable beds. We hated to leave the place. Spotless bathrooms--and all throughout the space. The kitchen was pristine, and well-equipped (extra coffee! ;-) to cook our own feast or order out--and room for our 8 to sit at the same table, inside or out. 15 minutes to the beaches--Oceanside/Carlsbad--and you can bring the provided chairs, umbrella, etc. Instantly responsive hosts: "attentive but not intrusive"--like good friends we'd just met--the BEST! Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was perfect for our big family — very spacious, comfortable, and incredibly pet-friendly! The location was great too — conveniently close to both San Diego and Oceanside. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again!

This was my second time staying at Sarah’s place in Vista, and it was just as great as the first! The home is peaceful, super clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can tell Sarah puts a lot of care into making sure her guests feel welcome—from the thoughtful touches around the house to how easy she is to communicate with. The location is perfect for a quiet getaway while still being close to everything in town. I’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

Our stay was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather during our stay was cloudy and cool so we didn’t get to see the highlight of the sunset from the balcony. Otherwise, everything was great. The home was stocked with everything a family could possibly need. The decor is cozy and aesthetically pleasing. The location is very convenient. We weren’t expecting cold weather but we were only about 10 minutes from Walmart, Target, Ross, and Burlington coat factory where we shopped around for sweats and hoodies. There are also plenty of food chains nearby. I would love to book again.

This house was sensational. The owner’s thought of every thing to make you feel at home. The property was beautiful and peaceful. I would recommend the owners allowing more company over due to the layout it supports a nice family gathering space. Just make it clear that damages will be placed if anything should happen. Shame we could t use to e terrain more than 12.

We really enjoyed getting out of the city this weekend. Susan’s place is tucked away and peaceful, and it was beautiful! We loved lounging by the pool and hearing all the birds, seeing her horses, and hearing the frogs and crickets at night. Definitely a good place to unwind if you are looking for a place to relax. Susan was really quick to respond to issues and was very proactive. Good place for a couple - just a note that there isn’t a complete closure to the bathroom, but that didn’t bother us at all.

Beautiful little apartment down in Carlsbad. Right next to the beach with a nice outdoor barbecue/lounge area. Owners were very responsive and kind!

This place was great, my family and I had an amazing trip and my kids thought it was magical to be able to walk to the beach. The neighborhood was peaceful and close to a lot of amenities. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. We loved our stay and will definitely be going back. 10 out of 10 will be recommending.

We stayed at Christie’s apartment for two stays during a one week trip. Both stays were overall pleasant . Very nice view from the front balcony where you are able to see both the ocean and sunset, you are also able to hear the waves crash at night. Nice interior with plenty of space for two remote workers. Nice coffee shops within a walkable distance for lunch breaks and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. There were also many great restaurants within a few minutes drive of the apartment and a mall in Carlsbad 15 minutes away with many retailers. The only issue I ran into with our stays is one neighbor two houses down was rather hostile towards parking near her property, although it’s public street parking. Overall, I would stay again, I would just make it a point to park on the other side of the road.

Location is very walkable to charming downtown Vista area, and the unit itself is clean, airy, and spacious with plenty of amenities! There are clear instructions in place too and the dedicated parking was a big plus. It was a peaceful and restful place to stay, thank you Kim!

We had an exceptional experience! We felt right at home and had everything we needed. The garden was beautiful and we had such a peaceful stay. We were in town for a wedding at the Grand Tradition. It is literally 3 minutes away. Perfect location if you're in town for a wedding!

We absolutely loved, and would recommend Matthew's vacation rental. We have stayed in Oceanside several times for a quick get away and this lovely location is by far our favorite. We hope we will be able to return in the near future. A parking spot is right in front of the property, Matthew's check in and out instructions are clear and easy to follow, the location cannot be beat, with the ocean and private beach just steps away. The interior has everything you could possibly need, it was clean and well stocked. I personally appreciated the binoculars and decaf coffee. It was wonderful to sit outdoors and watch dolphins, seabirds, surfers, dogs happy to be on the beach, and relax to the sound of the waves. There are many great restaurants nearby, and plenty of activities and places to visit in and around town. The best part was the feeling of being in our own little private sanctuary. Thank you to Matthew for being a fantastic host!

Kai is definitely a superhost. He went above and beyond to help my brother and I feel welcome in the neighborhood; he gave us many suggestions of activities as well as restaurants nearby. The bikes provided were great as we went on a nice bike ride along the beach and to some of the suggested local hotspots. The apartment was quiet but still a quick Uber ride to downtown and our other events. Kai was always willing to respond if I had any questions. Kai also worked with me as we needed a late check out to make it to a baseball game and store our luggage still before our flight. I definitely love this location and will be returning and recommending to others!

Great stay. Plenty of room for a family of four. Very clean with everything you could need. We spend a lot of time enjoying the roof top view. Loved the convenience of the beach toys locker. Enjoyed walks to Harbor Village for fish and chips and breakfast at the Stratford. Sea lions were a fun bonus. Would definitely stay again. Top notch hosts!

This place was definitely worth it, walking distance to the beach and the pool made it a favorite for us. Paul provided lots of fun beach accessories for us to use and the condo was clean and had what you needed. The patio is nice to have breakfast on and though the sliding door was really hard to open/close Paul said they were expecting a new one. It was so nice to have a refreshing outdoor space but just a bummer that due to the landscaping project it was a lil bit loud during the daytime when coming back to recoup but that’s kinda out of anyone’s control. Overall we enjoyed our time and would stay again in the future.

Dalma’s place was wonderful for our family. It was private and had a fenced in shared backyard space, which was great for our little kids. She had wonderful extras such as the beach items, coffee options for the morning, kids toys and books, and plenty of blankets if needed when it cooled off at night. Beach and restaurants were close within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

"Just Beachy" is a fantastic, absolutely clean accommodation with an exceptional location right on the beach. Everything you need is there...and more. The beach was literally within steps! We were looking forward to having a relaxing trip - which we did. I loved that beach chairs and coolers were provided had we needed them. Assigned parking made me feel safe.

This is our family second time coming to Oceanside. The home is clean close to the beach and restaurants. Cassandra does a great job communicating and getting back to you. We’ve never had any issues or any concerns. We’ll definitely be back for a third time. We absolutely love staying here.

Our second stay here was Wonderful! So close to the beach and downtown Oceanside! Also, a fully stocked garage full of bikes, water toys and everything you could ever need.

I cannot say enough about Leslie and Kaylie. Absolutely everything was perfect. Every I was dotted and t was crossed. Communication with them was amazing. The home was beautiful.
