Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Här får hela arbetslaget, kompisgänget eller familjen plats. Jag bor tillsammans med min man i det lilla torpet på gården. Skogen finns runt omkring med svamp, bär och promenadvägar. Mycket goda chanser att se både rådjur och älg nära huset. Nära en länsväg och lätt att ta sig med bil till Borås city 11 km, där finns Knalleland med shopping, Borås djurpark mm. Göteborg 70 km med Liseberg och Universum mm, Landvetter 50 km Ullared 80 km, 2 badsjöar med bil 6km eller promenad ca 2,5km.

The apartment is idyllic, close to forest with berries and mushrooms. Wonderful walking opportunities in the forest. 400 meters to Stora and Lilla Munsjöarna with swimming area and fishing. It is 50 km to Gothenburg, 40 km to Borås, 10 km to 18-hole golf course. 5 km to the beautiful wooden town Alingsås. Bedroom for 2 people in bed and 2 people in sofa bed. No smoking. Dogs are allowed. The apartment is on the second floor, no elevator.
