The house is located in the charming community of Dalsjöfors, 15 minutes from Borås city center. The accommodation is newly renovated. 1 km to a beautiful lake where you can swim, fish & barbecue. Within walking distance (5 minutes) you will find an award-winning tapas restaurant, pizzeria, grocery store and bakery. In the community, there are also tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, bathhouses, a walking path around the lake with several barbecue areas. In the basement (older standard) there is an additional toilet, shower and washing machine. Bed linens and towels are always included in the price.

In Sweden, you can hike freely in the forest and nature, but not enter private plots.

Isaberg Mountain Resort (3 km) offers, in addition to cycling in spectacular terrain and downhill, also a training area for MTB, canoeing, high-altitude tracks, adventure golf, tobogganing and playground. Isaberg Golf Course 36 holes (5 km). Walking distance to grocery store, pizzeria and barbecue.

A stack of wood by the stove and inside the sauna and as an extra luxury there is a canoe and a rowboat ALL THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT. Fishing is allowed with a fishing license that you buy at Ifiske, search for fiske-ingsjoarna-oxsjon. But fishing for children up to 14 years old is FREE. CLEANING is done by the guest, but you can purchase cleaning for SEK 3000
