Outside the kitchen, salon and spa area there is a 100 m2 limestone terrace with comfortable seating areas, barbeque and a generous dining table, surrounded by thriving discounts and a comfortable lawn.

Pick berries or mushrooms in season, or downhill skiing at Isaberg mountain not far away. Try cross country skiing on the trails in the neighbouring town. Those who want to shop, Swedens largest department store Gekås is just 20 minutes away in Ullared. Or simply just relax around the house or on the jetty.

The house was renovated in 2022 and offers a large and spacious kitchen, two living rooms with one fireplace each, five bedrooms as well as two bathrooms. A great experience all year round! Here you live in our house of 150 sqm in the summer idyll Åsa (20 min to Varberg and about the same to Gothenburg). Bike and walking distance to the sea where you can enjoy the sun, evening swimming, crab fishing, etc. There are many different bathing bays to choose from. Large patio deck with sunbeds, jacuzzi, barbecue and sun throughout the day. 1 double bed, 1 90cm bed and a bunk bed! Note: Only rent to members with previous reviews.

A small modern house with most of what is needed. The kitchen consists of a stove, microwave, oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. The toilet consists of a shower, toilet and washing machine. Separate bedroom with large double bed. A sofa bed is in the kitchen / living room with TV and wifi. There is a conservatory next to the house and at the back of the house you will find the terrace with table and barbecue.

Badrocks distance to nice sand beach. Kattegattleden with a nice bike and walkways go 200 m below. Grocery store about 600 meters. 5 minutes to E6, to Gothenburg or south, towards Malmö/Copenhagen. Högt belägen trädgård med sol hela dagen och ingen insyn. Utedusch med varmvatten. Kolgrill. Många badplatser i närområdet, närmaste är Stamsjö badplats, ca 10 minuter att gå. Skogar med fina stigar gränsar till tomten.

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.
