Great new apartment, very peaceful, practical, comfortable, and exactly as in the photos. Professional host had great recommendations; and made all the practical stuff easy: Good directions; Flexible check in with code and key box; QR codes to enter Venice sorted and sent; bins on site to leave rubbish easily on departure. Can only recommend.

Just home from our second stay at Ca’Zanna, and again everything was perfect. We love Treviso and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else when we visit. The apartment is close to everything, including transport links for days out - Venice, Padua - but cool, peaceful and relaxing to come home to. Nicolo and his family, who we met this time, could not be more helpful, kind and friendly hosts. You will always get a speedy and proactive response to any communications. Our regular haunts were the little cafe/bakery just steps away for breakfast, and the super restaurant just round the corner, where you can enjoy great food sitting inside or out. The apartment is stylish, immaculate and very comfortable.

Ivan was an amazing host. Had everything we needed for the night stay. 3 rooms for my clan of 7. kitchen was cramped but the bedrooms were nice. the bathrooms were a little cramped as well but we made do. everyone had plenty of space. he even had coffee tea and treats for the kids!!! the showers even had shampoo conditioner and soap!!! when we're back in Venice we will be staying again! the kids didn't want to leave and head to Florence.

Arrigo’s home was in a good location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle (which we did) It was in a quiet, peaceful and clean location. Arrigo is a great host, when we arrived early he met us at the water bus stop helped us with my suitcase and walked us to his home sharing with us his love for Venice. He kept our suitcases while we walked around and explored until check in time. Once check in time came we walked back, he met us outside and walked us in. He showed us around the apartment and how to work everything. He then pulled out a huge map and marked down anything and everything from restaurants, grocery stores to must see places as well as bus lines to and from different islands. He also made a little handbook for reference of everything he went over with us it was amazing, he’s so organized and we actually referred to his handbook a few times for restaurants. He also left us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco from Vino Vero a must try very close to Airbnb.

Giulios place offered such a peaceful and restoring getaway in the Dolomites. Provided amenities such as the washer/dryer, jacuzzi bath, and full kitchen made such a difference after a long day of hiking. Giulio was always available for communication and made sure we were well taken care of. Great affordable stay to be surrounded by the beautiful Italian mountains!

Peter was a wonderful host, very friendly and he gave us the feeling to be at Home. Also the Location of the Appartement is great and so close to the City Center with Great Restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed pur stay. Also it was no Problem to take our buycycles with us into the apartement. Thank you for the nice stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Close to everything, but off the beaten path so the apartment was quiet and peaceful. Had everything we needed and more! The washer dryer and bathtub were definitely helpful!! Our only regret was that we had to leave! ❤️

if you are coming to Venice, this is a must day. This was our first trip to Venice, but we quickly learn that we had stayed on the street where the locals hang out. This is off the tourist section with many food options on the same street, our favorite was Tintoretto. It is a 15 minute walking tour from the train station.. I cannot say enough nice things.

This was a fantastic property! The area is very clean and walkable to great food, wine and water bus stations. The apartment was very clean, Valentina was great!!!! An AirBnB we had previously booked cancelled on us the day before our trip the Venice. Valentina’s place was available and she quickly helped me secure a beautiful, safe place for my family while in Venice. Thank you so much Valentina. I highly recommend this booking!

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

I initially chose Lorenzo's place based on the positive reviews, and it truly lived up to expectations. After booking our flights, I informed Lorenzo of our late departure (9:30 PM), and he was incredibly accommodating regarding our check-out. The property was immaculate and felt like a home away from home. All the necessary amenities were provided, including towels, kitchen essentials, a washing machine, a dryer, pots and pans, and a hairdryer. The standout feature of Lorenzo’s place is its fantastic location. Outside the Marco Polo Airport, you can catch bus 15 (tickets available for purchase inside the airport), which takes you to Forte Marghera Moretti in just 14 stops. Additionally, the T1 tram is conveniently located just a minute's walk from the house, making it easy to reach Venice in just four stops. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Alessandro is an excellent host - friendly, a good communicator with plenty of local tips. The apartment was wonderful - the air con was much needed and he thoughtfully provided water, juice and everything we needed for breakfast. Would totally recommend!

I stayed at Linda's place during a business trip to Vicenza. I have to say everything was perfect. The host was available right away, answered my questions and was very flexible regarding check-in. The apartment was fantastic, just like in the description. It was very easy to get there and it is in a very convenient area to reach. I recommend it to everyone.

We loved staying there. It was super close to the train station to Venice. It was beautiful, clean and super quiet. It had everything we needed, and lots of space! I would definitely recommend Manuela’s place if you’re looking to go to Venice, but you want somewhere a little quieter and out of the way!

Great location… easy to go to the mainland but much cheaper.. there are 3 rooms with each own bathroom.. well equipped… clean…thanks for letting us deposit our luggages! highly recommended!

Monica’s place was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at in a long while. The apartment was cozy, comfortable, spotless and had absolutely everything needed for a perfect stay. Monica was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. She left us a lovely welcome gift and plenty of snacks and beverages. Loved having both washer and dryer in the apartment as well. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the freeway, and grocery making it simple to get around. everything was great!

Everything was very tidy and clean, it was very good that they allowed us to leave our luggage because we arrived before check-in. The accommodation has a guide to the nearest places to buy food, and to request a taxi, it is very practical and above all useful to have that guide. It is also close to bus stops that allow us to transfer to Venice. We are very satisfied with the accommodation, congratulations.
