Holiday rentals with lake access in Brazos River

We had a great time. The house was the perfect size for us. The view of the lake was very beautiful. Sandy was amazing to work with and answered all of our questions about the area and places to eat.

We loved staying here! We found the house very cozy and wished we had booked more time. The lake was very pretty and made for some great paddleboarding and canoeing (we brought our own). We hope to return someday soon! Thank you for a great getaway!

It was cold and rainy when we were there so we couldn’t do much outside but the view was so beautiful and relaxing that we enjoyed just sitting and looking out the windows. This is a place we know we’ll visit again!

This was a great place to celebrate my MIL’s 60th birthday. It was in a quiet, family friendly area. The house is exactly what we needed!

We enjoyed our stay at Jenelle's place! We brought our dogs and they loved the huge yard and direct access to the lake! We also enjoyed the relaxed environment of being out back. We made s'mores in the firepit and made use of the kayaks they offered! The outdoor space really ticks all the boxes! The inside looks just like the pictures. Beautiful kitchen on the second floor with a good, smaller kitchen on the first floor. Above all, Jenelle was really accommodating to us and made sure we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. She also sends a very helpful guidebook ahead of time to help plan your stay, which as someone who loves to plan and stay organized I really appreciated! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Austin!

The house was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. We caught a bunch of different types of fish off the dock. This was our third time staying at this house and we will be back!

My family and I had the best time at Steve's cabin. We have small children and there was lots to do! We went in the Spring, so the wildflowers were in full bloom. We were able to capture some beautiful family photos in an impromptu shoot! The sitting area around the fire was relaxing at night, and we saw deers come up to the feeder. This is such a sweet oasis, and it seems that the neighborhood is very close and friendly. I encourage this Air BnB if you was some quiet R&R. Quality time spent with family!

BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

This was a cozy little spot for two. It had a great little sitting spot with a view of the water ideal for peaceful relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for our family reunion in Hunt, TX. It had everything we needed and made our trip so much more enjoyable. Roger, the host, was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful little apartment with an amazing view! And such a great location, only a couple minutes drive to the convention center and restaurants. And The hosts were so helpful and quick to respond to questions, I would definitely recommend saying here.

We had such a great time at Joes place. It was just as described. Great location walkable to most things on East Cesar Chavez and not far from downtown either. Joe was super helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a better host and stay. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

Overall, this cottage is an excellent AirBnb! Quite spacious inside and really nicely upgraded. We felt right at home. The screened-in patio created an amazingly peaceful place out back and was a big draw for me. Perfect place to watch the sun set each night. Courtney is an extremely responsive host. We wouldn't hesitate to stay their again.

My friends and I LOVE this place! It is so cute, inside and out and right off the lake which was beautiful! It made our stay in New Braunfels 10x better! We all gravitated towards the deck area, it was so peaceful in the evenings! Randy was awesome, he made sure we had all the information we needed and always responded quickly if we had any questions! We wish we could have stayed longer! 12 out of 10!

You're never really sure what you're going to get with a guest house, even from the pictures. We walked in and were so pleased. Everything in the house was spotless, it couldn't have been any cleaner. The bed was so comfy, Same with the outdoor furniture. It was so nice to sit on the back screened in patio and not worry with bugs. The perfect place to have your morning coffee enjoying the beautiful view. The kitchen was very large and had anything you could possibly need to cook a meal if you wanted. The master bathroom was beautiful and also had a walk-in closet with extra pillows, blankets, etc. Bathroom toiletries were provided, which was a nice touch. The communication with the owner was awesome. He patiently answered a lot of questions for me, and it was never more than just a few minutes before he replied. Granbury and Glen Rose are both nice towns to visit. I think you will be very happy with the affordable rates they have.

We can’t say enough about this place. It was just what we needed for rest and relaxation. We are Airbnb hosts ourselves and really needed a close little weekend getaway. It definitely fit the bill. We will most definitely be back.!!!

You cannot beat the lake views and swimming. Loved watching the sun come up. Plenty of room for our family and house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Thank you!

Our stay at the cabin was super peaceful and wonderful! Me and my boyfriend had such a relaxing weekend and were able to catch a couple fish at the beautiful lake. We had a slight issue with the Jon boat but James and his wife took care of it immediately. We will definitely be coming back!

If you need a relaxing time to reboot, this is the place to do it. Our stay was wonderful and a perfect getaway to unwind and reconnect with nature. The hosts were very kind, responsive, engaging and really had the property set up nicely. The hosts communicated well, gave easy, straightforward instructions upon arrival and made our time overall very pleasant. The house was comfortable, well setup, very clean and homey. And the beds..so comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked with everything one would need to cook and relax! Now for the private lake: We had access to a very nice boat with a trolling motor and batteries. We were able to get setup quickly and easily after some brief instructions from the host. The fishing was awesome! We caught fish every day using a variety of techniques, mainly plastic frogs up in the bank vegetation. The host gave us some valuable information on the lake. The sunsets from the boat and dock were stunning! Highly recommend! I will definitely rebook!

Had to come to town for an awful reason(death in the family) but the host was very sweet and worked with our ever-changing situation. The house was comfy. The beds were great. Hot water and water pressure held up very well. Loved the decor. It was very peaceful and the perfect place to lay our heads after a long stressful day. We will definitely be back!
