Great accommodations close to the Texas Medical Center, which was what we needed.

Freddy’s condo is beautiful, modern, spacious and very well equipped. This is our second time there and we absolutely loved our visits!! Freddy is a wonderful host and communicator!! We will definitely book our next stay with Freddy!! Aloha, Wayne and Patti

very helpful group! came for a concert and they made the process of everything super easy. manny, one of the on site managers, went as far as to re clean our sheets before we got there because they'd been sitting in the room for a bit. amazing group and a nice place to stay for a weekend

Perfect rental property for a weekend away in the Gruene/New Braunfels area. We had 6 in our group and we were all very comfortable. The best part was the location; we were able to walk to Gruene! I would definitely stay here again.

I loved this place. You can tell they put a lot of work into it to make it so nice. The bed is extremely comfortable. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I come in town.

This location is very close to a summer camp that our children attend. Camp closing is always hectic and it is nice to have someplace close to stay. The condo is very clean, very comfortable and the pool and amenities are fantastic.

This property was a very pleasant surprise. It was very roomy and comfy with plenty of amenities and beautiful scenery all around the property. The unit itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool and recreational area was great and we honestly spent most of our time there. The only thing if any were the many bees and wasps around that area but I guess that’s expected and out of their control. There were a lot of dead bugs floating inside the (2) pools and jacuzzi. It would have been a plus for sure if the water in the pools would’ve been cleaner. There’s many stores and good restaurants just a few minutes away. Overall the experience was great and we would definitely return to this property in the future.

The absolute *perfect* spot for the 4 of us! Why rent two hotel rooms when you can rent a 2 BR condo in such a beautiful location? It was so nice to have a kitchen and room to spread out after a 4.5 hour drive from the Houston area to drop my daughter off at camp. My daughter was excited to stay at the Worldmark resort (after staying there for last year’s camp closing) & my hubby and son were extremely impressed and looking forward to going back in August! Thank you!!

This was a lovely place to stay--comfortable, quiet, calm, thoughtfully decorated, and had pretty much everything we needed for a weeklong stay. It was a place we actually enjoyed being in when we weren't out and about, a nice haven. It was stress free and felt very independent but we knew help was available if needed. I'd stay there again if I come back to Houston.

We had a fabulous time!! So grateful for Shelley and this wonderful find! The bed is super comfy and the bathroom is huge! Everything you need to make a meal is in the kitchen. Location is great! Thank you, Shelley!!

Fantastic place to stay. Great location near UT Austin. Communication was fantastic. My questions were always answered quickly. Very nice place.

The only downside is that in the description. It says the room would be wheel chair accessible and I could not bring my Aunt to Visit as she is wheel chair bound. We did not let that upset us we just parked at the end of the seawall for a while. It was their 55th Wedding Anniversary. We were so excited and blessed for the accommodations. 5 Star stay all the way around. We will definitely recommend you for future accommodations. Thank you. The Nabozny / Karr Families

The listing was exactly as advertised: spacious and well-maintained one bedroom apartment with a large kitchen, balcony with a great view, a comfy bed and lots of closet space. The rooftop pool is also enjoyable in nice weather. Our host, Ligia, was very proactive and forthcoming about the listing. She covered everything in advance so that there were no surprises. Check in was easy, and we politely declined the invitation to attend a sales presentation about the timeshare. Ligia also reached out during our stay to make sure everything was okay, which was appreciated but unnecessary (since everything went smoothly). We will definitely use this listing again when we return to Austin.
