Es ist sehr gemütlich und hell und hat alles was man braucht. Gut ausgerüstete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Abwaschmaschine und Induktionsherd. Es ist geeignet für 2 Personen. The characteristic, artfully furnished apartment in Casa Postigliun is located in the center of the monastery village of Disentis. Cafés, restaurants, shops, the monastery, the train station and the bus stop to the mountain railways are within walking distance. Our 53-square-meter apartment has fast Wi-Fi, Netflix, an equipped kitchen and is accessible with a passenger elevator. An underground parking space in the same building is available free of charge on request.

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Our vacation home (Chalet Sagentobel) is old, but very cozy! The rushing stream and the infinite silence when it snows are truly special experiences in the chalet. Modern technology (46" flat screen TV, 50Mbit Wi-Fi, radio) and electric ovens in all rooms meet the centuries-old woodwork with a rustic, wood-heated tiled stove. We are happy to host you!
