Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

The larch mini house is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin bed linen, a mini kitchen, a flushing toilet and a refurbished vintage bathtub on legs. On the terrace you will find a seating area with a sofa, armchair and hammock. You can grill in the outdoor kitchen on an electric grill. Kapradí is one of three mini-houses in our forest oasis. We're on the outskirts of town, and we're right next to the woods. Breakfast is taken care of, there will be goodies from local growers and farms in the fridge. We are happy to give tips on walks and food.

Old Town Living Studio

This unique, cozy family studio is tucked away in the very heart of the historic center of Český Krumlov. It is located on the ground floor of an authentic 16th-century house. The interior has been completely renovated with an emphasis on detail, comfort and functionality. The dominant feature of the studio is a spacious and extremely comfortable bed with a high-quality mattress, which guarantees perfect rest after a day spent exploring the city. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy home cooking while traveling.

Right in the heart of the old town – and at the same time a bright, open retreat above the rooftops. While life is bustling below, you can enjoy the loft-style apartment upstairs, with light, space, and a view of the greenery. Cafes, restaurants, and beer gardens are in the immediate vicinity. The baker is on the premises. The Danube, promenade, and boat dock are just a few steps away. Arrive in comfort: Flexible check-in, key box. Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Ameisberger - Country house

The holiday flat in Landhaus Ameisberg in Mitternschlag has a wonderful view of the mountains. The accommodation consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a gallery with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom and a guest WC and thus offers space for 6 people. Facilities also include high-speed WiFi with a dedicated workstation for working from home, a washing machine, satellite TV, children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available.

The studio is modern, very nice and cozy, so we would like to share this special place of rest and relaxation. The studio is located on the 2nd floor on a farm near the Bavarian Forest/Bohemian Forest. In addition to a nice after-work beer on the balcony overlooking the mountains and horse paddock, there are many offers in the area for the athletic heart. In addition to cycling and hiking, the “Bavarian Venice” - Passau is only about 30 minutes away by car.
