Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Brewster

The home was everything we hoped for and more; and exactly as the photos show! My family and I stayed here for a wedding at the Wychmere Beach Club, and it was absolutely perfect. The location was great, and the interior was beautifully designed—immaculate, well-appointed, and very comfortable/homey! Our hosts, Veronika and Thomas, were friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. The bedrooms were ideal for our group of adults—no bunk beds, which was a big plus! The kitchen had everything we needed, and everyone felt right at home. I’d absolutely recommend this place, and when we return to the Cape, this will be our go-to spot.

We enjoyed our stay—it was a quick 5-minute car ride to Main Street. We also enjoyed watching wildlife in the river! I wish we had brought our binoculars!

Cristian and Yuri’s home was absolutely perfect for our family. The home was large and inviting and had a wonderful Cape feel that we were looking for. The indoor space was clean and beautifully furnished. The outdoor space was so nice to have at night with lots of patio furniture, string lights and a fire pit. We felt right at home during our stay. Yuri was very helpful and responsive with check in/out instructions and any questions we had. It was also great being able to bring our pets. We would love to return here again!

This property is on another level. It’s the four seasons of Airbnb. It’s such an immaculate place to stay and we loved every part of it. The cleanliness, the high quality of the essentials, the coziness, ambience and so much more was truly worth the stay.

Our stay at this charming, one-bedroom cottage was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by its storybook charm—complete with a white picket fence and blooming flowers. Inside, the exposed beams and cozy décor gave it the perfect blend of rustic and coastal charm. We started every morning on the back deck, sipping coffee and listening to the birds—it truly felt like a hidden sanctuary. The house itself was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked. The water pressure in the shower was amazing (not always easy to find but greatly appreciated), and every detail felt considered. There was nothing we needed that we couldn’t find within its white cabinets. It was quaint and quiet, but still conveniently located to beaches, shops, and restaurants. A perfect blend of nature, comfort, and Cape Cod magic. We'd come back in a heartbeat and hopefully have slightly better weather!!

We stayed during a very cold and rainy Memorial Day weekend, but Garran’s home made the weekend much warmer. This is a great place for families especially with kids! Lots of space and lots of games and toys for the little ones . We weren’t able to make use of the spacious backyard and the fire pit due to the weather, but it looked lovely! The house was very clean and kitchen was fully equipped to make easy standard meals. Location wise it’s right in the middle of the Cape, with some beaches nearby.

Don’t hesitate to book this place! The home is pristine, cozy, and situated in a lush neighborhood - highlights are the beautiful screened in patio and fire pit. Their yard is pure bliss! The basement is also great for kids and to watch movies. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A+ location - peaceful neighborhood with excellent access to bike paths, hikes, restaurants and beaches. Truly had everything we needed! If you’re looking for a place to unwind or a jumping off point to explore the Cape, this is your spot. Bonus: Alex was incredibly communicative and provided great recommendations during our stay. We had a great 4 night stay! Things were easy to find and the cozy property is very well located on the Cape. We loved being in closing walking distance to the beach - took us 4 minutes. The home is tidy and well appointed. We loved the porch and access to beach chairs, etc.

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

This place is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Close to town by car but quiet. Big yard, super clean, very quiet.

Maria’s place was very clean, and we had a nice stay. Unfortunately, the pool was not filled when we arrived. However, Maria was very quick to answer and talk to the HOA. The directions to get to the Air BnB was easy. For those traveling there, put your GPS in to Apple Lane in Dennis and turn to the first right. We would stay again!

We had a a great time and really loved the location and communication with the host! The pond is practically the back yard and easy access to bring our kayaks in. Close to the bike trail and all of the awesome Dennis beaches. One of our best cape vacation homes we stayed at!

Andrea and Tracy were exceptional hosts! They were great communicators and it was clear they wanted us to get the most out of our stay in Cape Cod. The home was spotless and had every amenity we could possibly need. Their dogs are amazing and got along great with ours which made this home extra special for us! This was an unforgettable trip for sure thanks to Tracy and Andrea!

Our recent stay at Dori's was a blissful escape for our family. Our five-month-old loved the serene and peaceful atmosphere, which was even more charming than the pictures suggested. It was exactly what we needed to unwind as new parents. Dori was incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. She offered to order and pick up for us some takeout when we were caught in a thunderstorm, and lent my dad a jacket since it’s pretty cool during the morning than we expected. It’s a wonderful Airbnb but it’s Dori that made our trip truly special.

We had an amazing week staying here. We booked last minute and Marlene was nothing but responsive and helpful. The resort is right on the beach and also had a pool, very close to everything and a lot to do!

House was exactly as described and Lloyd was a very responsive and accommodating host. The house was in an amazing location, walkable to downtown for shops and restaurants. Big driveway was great for all our cars! Would recommend 10/10 and will be back! Thanks Lloyd.

We spent a relaxing week at Gabrielle’s beautiful home - mainly on the deck playing cards surrounded by beautiful vegetation. Great location with many walking paths through the woods - all of which seem to lead to the marketplace area and/or beach. The house is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house is extremely big, comfortable and cute. bedrooms are big, but the 1st floor bedroom definitely needs a new mattress. love the open concept of the kitchen, one thing I wish they had was a blender. Tom provided us with gallons of water which I am really thankful for it. The home was clean, beautiful backyard, quite neighborhood. Overall my family were comfortable, enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay again.

Overall, the stay at Natalia's place was pleasant and memorable. We went there to celebrate a bachelorette and Natalia recommended places and restaurants to visit. The villa looks exactly as in pictures and is well equipped . The wifi was fast. The girls enjoyed the spa , yoga and massage. Some of us had fun with the smart toilets. Communication with Natalia was clear and prompt. Definitely consider staying again at Natalia's place! Thank you for hosting!
