10/10 stay!! The cottage sits on a beautiful pond. We came during a rainy weekend so we stayed mainly inside. We turned on the electric fireplace & put on a movie. It was so cozy. Once the rain let up, we went outside and used the outdoor fireplace! So peaceful. Everything else you’d need, you are only a short drive from a cvs & grocery store. Melissa is a great host. We really appreciate how quick she responded with any minor concern we had. We look forward to more future stays at the cottage!

We had a lovely stay! The house was very clean and looked exactly like the photos on the listing. It had everything we could possibly need during our winter getaway. The host sent clear and helpful instructions and we had no trouble getting into the house or finding the things we needed.

Very nice house and a welcoming host. Su is Very easy to deal with. Even packed us a beach bag! Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds, pretty linens. Loved the artwork. Basement is like a separate apartment with a pool table and pink pong table. We felt welcomed! Highly recommend!

Nice place. Enjoyed the roomy kitchen where we could all eat together and also have space for the dogs. Highly recommended!

Michaels place was great! Michael was very communicative and allowed us to check in when we arrived a bit early. He kindly left us a welcome basket, everything was clean, and the backyard setup was great!

Thanks for being a warm, friendly, and welcoming host Ragnhild! Enjoyed staying in this peaceful guest suite with a water view. The WiFi is also very fast, and I was able to seamlessly video conference on Teams. Would recommend Ragnhild’s place to any potential guests, especially remote workers.

The cottage was a perfect place for a quiet girls weekend - we loved being able to walk into town and to the beach, close to great restaurants, but still tucked away from the street so we could enjoy a quiet stay! Very clean home and well stocked kitchen - our only regret was not having more time to enjoy the backyard patio! Host was warm and proactive in communicating. Would certainly stay here again!

Matt was one of the best AirBnb hosts I’ve ever had. Extremely responsive and accommodating. We came as two couples looking for a place that was a central location on the cape and this location was perfectly close to everything. Not only that but house was spacious, clean, and came with great amenities to keep you entertained in the downtime. 10/10 stay, will be back!

If i could give more than 5 starts I would! Stephanie and her place were exceptional! We had a bachelorette party and we stayed at Stephanie’s place. Stephanie went out of her way to help me decorate for the bachelorette party. She was very responsive and so helpful throughout my planning. The house is amazing! Looks exactly like the photos and it is clean and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There 11 of us and we fit comfortably! Thank you so much for hosting us Stephanie and to anyone booking I would 100% recommend staying here!

We had a great stay - the weather was uncooperative, but having such a beautiful house really helped. The pool and hot tub were great, as was the built-in grill. There was plenty of space for everyone and having 4 bathrooms was great when everyone was getting ready.

We had a truly wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend with a group of 8 people and 3 dogs. The house was absolutely perfect for us — spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Each room felt thoughtfully set up, and the beds were super cozy. The kitchen had all new appliances, which made cooking and hanging out a breeze. One of our favorite parts was the backyard — it was expansive, beautifully maintained, and offered a rare, open green space that our dogs absolutely loved. The hot tub and fire pit made for perfect evenings under the stars, and we loved how easy it was to get to other areas of Cape Cod from the house. The hosts were fantastic — responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

This house was very clean and adorable. The hosts were very responsive. There was what i believed to be a significant issue on the part of airb&b. They had the wrong adress listed for the house. Again this was not the hosts fault. It was listed as a house in Plymouth but was actually in Bourne, which I was very upset about after driving around for an hour and literally alomost trying to get into a strangers house at night in the dark. Airb&b refused to do anything for me to make this right and blamed it on google maps which is laughable. So for the house and the hosts (residentually) I give 5 stars. For airb&b I give 0 stars.

We enjoyed our stay very much ~ the house and large fenced yard w/deck (perfect for pup) are amazing & the hosts were very kind, accommodating & responsive. The location was great with a short ride to local beaches and/or Chatham for a fun day of shopping or night out. The host’s welcome basket with treats & seltzers were a great surprise after a long day of travel. We loved playing ping pong in the garage! I do suggest the listing bedroom descriptions & photos be updated as we were pleased to find a king bed in the master BR (vs the queen shown) and a full bed (vs the twin) in the downstairs guest-room. Perhaps renovations are underway so we were pleasantly surprised! The only improvements I would suggest are adding a screen door to the deck & heat for the pool, having more wine glasses (the kitchen was wonderfully stocked otherwise), & adding amenities like blankets, washcloths, a hair dryer, beach/pool towels & chairs (we brought our own). We hope to be back next year!!

Kimberly was a fantastic host. Her home was beautiful and well-maintained. It fit our group of 6 well and had lots of amenities for our baby (pack n play, stroller, baby gates, high chair)! There were beach chairs, beach & bath towels, and linens available which was unique from other places nearby and very helpful as we flew in. The location was great with a couple of stores nearby, several beaches, and restaurants. Kimberly was very responsive and accommodating as we navigated our stay. It was a great first trip to Cape Cod & we’ll definitely stay here again. I’d recommend trying Grumpy’s which is within 5 minutes & checking out a whale watching tour!

Emily was so kind and responsive and the house was exactly as expected. The walk to the beach was lovely and doable with the toddlers thanks to the wagon provided. It was a quick drive into all things Falmouth and a great home base for us. The stand outs for everyone were how comfy the beds were and we were all obsessed with the outdoor shower. Loved all the thoughtful amenities, such as games and kids dinnerware. Overall very stylish and comfortable. Highly recommend.

We loved this place. It was actually bigger than I expected. Very well equipped, comfortable. Believe her about the ticks! Our dog was well protected so we had minimal problems and we have a product to spray on your clothes to protect us. We found the tick issue all over the Cape except in downtown area.

What lovely little cottage. It’s a perfect get away and steps to the lovely Ellis landing beach. It’s a great place and the vibe is cozy and sweet.

Nestled in a beautiful and private neighborhood in Brewster, this Airbnb was the perfect weekend getaway. The yard was spacious and great for our dog to run around to play fetch in and sun on the deck. We loved mornings out on the deck table listening and spotting birds. The unit was clean and cozy. There’s ample daylight in the unit and lots of windows. The fold down Murphy bed was straight forward to set up. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials. The water pressure in the bathroom shower was great and the water heated up fast. The hosts are responsive and friendly. They have amenities like bikes and paddle boards that we didn’t end up utilizing. Inside the unit was a great little binder of local recommendations and we tried a handful of them and ate lots of great food.

It was a perfect house for 2 couples. With one bedroom and bath downstairs, the other upstairs - terrific! There was a 3rd bedroom which we didn't need. There were so many extras in the kitchen, jams, coffees, etc! Questions were immediately answered! Beautiful outdoor space with hammock, washer - dryer, beautiful grill which we did not use! Great place to enjoy the Cape!

Great little home, very clean and organized. The cottage was updated and was very nicely designed for the space. Location was perfect for us, quiet neighborhood and close to many food and activities options. House was stocked with all the main essentials and prepared very well for guest. Host Nina was quick to respond to any of our questions.

What a beautiful home in a beautiful location! Annemarie is a very gracious, helpful and responsive host. The house is very comfortable and has all the amenities a family could need for a weeks vacation on the Cape. we loved the peaceful neighborhood, walking to Sheep Pond for daily swims, cooking our meals on the grill, and relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day. Our family was very comfortable in the home and we really enjoyed our stay.

This was a great spot for our family. We had everything we needed, including linens, beach towels, and all the beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, etc.). The backyard was a fun place to hang out and play yard games, which were also provided). We enjoyed s’mores by the fire pit at night. Terrance and Julianne were very kind, understanding, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

We stayed for a week with our toddler and dogs. Had a blast biking and hiking Nickerson park, and going to the beach and local eateries/ice cream shops in the evening. Host was accommodating and was quickly responsive to any questions. Would book again.
