Ciao Daniela, what a dream it was to stay at your place! I already can't wait to come back. The room was fabulously decorated, more spacious than the pictures. super clean and well-though out space. Felt super private but in the warmth of someone else's environment. The setting on your farm is unbelievable beautiful. The chickens, cats and dogs - all added to the experience. What a beautiful and serene place - like something out of a fairy tale. This is what AIR BNB used to be about, staying with a host (who is welcoming and proactive like yourself) and you have a real authentic experience of staying in someone's home. You even invited me to pick berries from your farm. Thank you so much for everything. This was not just a stay - this is an experience!

Had a great stay at Olga's place, views and garden are spectacular and the house as listed so perfect for either a short or long stay. Olga was great at communicating. Steps down to the property are steep but doable with care. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great whilst we were there but under cover outside seating area and table helped with this. Would recommend 👍

The most breathtaking view ! Perfect spot only 10 minute walk to the town of Dervio. Easy to get the Ferry and explore other spots along the lake. 10/10 recommend!

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

The little house is a five star property with clean and comfortable furniture, amazing garden and breath taking lake views. We had all the amenities we needed for the entire stay and kathi have been very helpful. If you book this property, prepare to have an amazing private space but prepare to walk down some stairs to reach the little house.

This home is in an outstanding location overlooking the lake and Lugano. We were blown away by the view from every window. The location was very peaceful, and the home was extremely well-stocked. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony or the covered deck every day (depending on how hot it was!). The home is located a quick drive to downtown Lugano, and a short drive to the top of Monte Bre (highly recommend!) and to Gandria (also highly recommend). We fell in love with Lugano and the surrounding area thanks in part to this house…we will definitely be back.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! The views are out of this world and the place is spacious, beautiful, and quiet. I will most definitely be coming back. 100% I would highly recommend staying here if you are going to Lake Como. Renting a car is advised, we rented one in Milan and drove.

The apartment is situated in the most picturesque location, directly above a little harbour and right on the water. The view over the lake is a dream! All that Maccagno has to offer is within walking distance. Our reception was friendly and helpful, and the apartment is absolutely lovely! We, a family of four, enjoyed a wonderful stay in the apartment, enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning, and sundowns in the evening. 👌🏻 We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at Marcos and Marias place! The flat was clean, beautiful and very cosy. I would like to emphasise the view - breathtakingly beautiful. We can recommend the flat 100% and would love to come back again 😊

Fabio was super friendly, open and helpful, speaks good English and is open to questions. He was more than "just" our landlord, but really a host! The AirBnB was great! We felt comfortable, the garden was super nice, it is nicely decorated, was clean and there were no problems at all. The location is also great! 15 min walk to the beach, restaurants, friendly people and also a supermarket 10 min walk away! The AirBnB itself is located in a quiet street and you have your privacy! We will definitely come back, dear Fabio!

Alberto's apartment is perfectly located on the lake with beautiful views. I have rarely experienced such a clean, beautifully furnished and well-equipped accommodation. Comfortable beds, good kitchen, air conditioning, washing machine, etc. The location by the lake means some traffic noise (especially motorcycles), so sensitive people may want to bring earplugs to fall asleep. Luino is a great starting point for boating to Cannobio, Cannera, etc. Alberto recommended the beach in Maccagno, it was very nice. By the way, the train and postbus to Luino are still in the Swiss area of validity. Thumbs up for Luino and definitely Alberto's apartment there!

Very nice and clean place to stay. Communication with Elia was great and if we had any questions we always got a quick response. The place is exactly as described. We were very satisfied.

Very nice accommodation with pool, well located!

We were very kindly received by Carlo and Matteo. The apartment is spacious, very well maintained and bright. We arrived and felt right at home. From the balcony, you have a wonderful view of the lake. It is a very quiet area, and yet you can quickly reach the lake by car. For us, it was the ideal combination, and we enjoyed it very much, not living in a touristy way. Carlo and Matteo gave us great tips on how to organize our stay. Thank you very much for the hospitality!

We felt at home with Sonja from the first reception. We lacked nothing in the apartment. It is fully equipped for physically disabled guests, including sewing kits and small board games. We felt a family atmosphere throughout the premises, with toys and equipment for children. Sonja was always obliging and helpful to us. A stay that we already count among our most beautiful holiday accommodations and can recommend without reservation.

Best way to describe this location is STUNNING! The views are breath taking - more beautiful in person than the photos! We loved our stay - hard to beat having morning coffee & evening wine surrounded by such beauty! The night view when the lights appear is as beautiful as the day view! A car was necessary but well worth it. David was a very responsive and helpful host & we would definitely stay again if we have that opportunity!

Very nice and well equipped apartment. Ideal for a bathing and hiking holiday on Lake Lugano. Great location in a pleasant place without hustle and bustle.

It’s a no brainer to stay here. Fully immersed in the lake. Moon light at night on the water and during the day you watch classic boats. You’re on the quiet part of the lake and arguably the most beautiful part of it as we drove the whole lake for 5 days. You’re surrounded by Italians and more engaged with Italian culture here. You’re a 25min drive to Menaggio where you can car ferry. Car is highly recommended. I would go to a larger supermarket prior to coming as there only seemed to be mini limited markets around.

We enjoyed our 4 days very much! Very nice, clean and well equipped appartment, 10min walk to the lake, lake views, several supermarkets around the corner. Highly recommended! :-)

We spent 4 nights in an absolutely ideal place to rest. The setting is very quiet, with a magnificent view of the lake, perfect for disconnecting. We had an accommodation with an outdoor kitchen, which was really nice to fully enjoy the environment. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. The place is also perfectly suited for a stay with a small child: there is a sandbox, a swing, some toys on site, a high chair, a baby bed... even board games for family evenings. The owners are lovely, with lots of little touches that make the difference: on our arrival, fresh fruits, yogurts, beers... And for those who like their peace, don't worry, we hardly saw them The only small point of improvement in my opinion would be the addition of a small pool, it would really be the icing on the cake. But otherwise, everything was great, a real little corner of paradise

Mavi’s place was just as described: a beautiful location with very comfortable spacious accommodations and stunning lake views from both balconies. Mavi was an attentive host with great local recommendations for dining, swimming and sights to see. Mavi and her mother Carla also helped us make dinner reservations, saved us from a parking faux pas, and picked us up when no taxis were available. They were such thoughtful and kind hosts, and we highly recommend Mavi’s place.
