Der Bungalow verfügt über einen gemütlichen Sitzplatz am Kamin und eine überdeckte Terrasse direkt im Garten. Ein perfekter Ort für Ruhe, Erholung und Genuss am Rande der Magadino-Ebene mit Sicht auf die Berge. Die Städte Bellinzona und Locarno sind mit dem Auto in 15-20 Min. erreichbar.

The small house is situated slightly outside and up from the village. Great view over the lake and mountains and catches the evening sun until late. The house is very very simple and very basic but has been refurnished with a small pool, private garden. It has two parking spaces. A local 24 hour supermarket is 3 minutes’ walk. Easy access by bus and train to Lugano, Milan and Como and lake ferry. It is NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN ! or babies.

Here you can enjoy wonderful sunny days with a beautiful view of Lake Lugano in our holiday home. Our detached 3½ room family house with a separate grotto and a SPA pool is located in a very quiet, sunny view location right next to the old village of Drano in Valsolda. It has a comfortable newer extension and is very bright .

Family bungalow in a quiet and central location in Lavena Ponte Tresa on Lake Lugano on the Italian side. The house was completely renovated in 2021 and has 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, living room with open fireplace and exit to the garden. Sep. dining room with direct garden access. Lake view from the living and dining room as well as from the garden. The lake is about 50 meters away with public swimming pier and ladder.
