Feels like a proper holiday staying here with the beach right on the doorstep and the sun trap garden. Lovely little home, comfortable and with all the essentials as well as a fab location.

Had a great stay here, perfect location to the shops, bars and restaurants. Arman would respond quickly to any query we had and was very helpful. The flat was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our short stay

Valerie was an excellent host with great communication. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Would definitely stay here again!

I would highly recommend Will and the place he is offering. very responsive to any questions. helpful in every way imaginable. The property is outstanding. the views are beautiful. We had a fabulous few days at Peter's place in Newhaven. We had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Highlights were: the lovely view over the sea from the dining table; the great dog walking trails that were a few minutes from the house; and the proximity to beautiful locations like Birling Gap and Cuckmere Haven. Great stay in Brighton. Very central location walkable to all the main sights and close to the station. The place was very modern and looks just like the pictures. Would highly recommend for a short trip in Brighton.

We had a wonderful stay and so enjoyed this beautiful home and the vistas of the sea. It was a great location for both visiting Brighton and Glyndebourne (for the music lovers out there). The space is really a nice layout allowing for fun entertaining with friends while also having very private and quiet for sleeping. You can’t beat the location for nature walks. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property tucked away down a country lane within a short walking distance of the beach and a fabulous pub. A real hideaway and perfect for a bit of peace and quiet. Immaculately clean and newly refurbished - it felt like a real treat to be staying there.

We have just had a wonderful long weekend at Mulberry View and our hearts are full! This is a beautiful property right on the beach. We spent a lot of time outside and to be able to swim in the sea each morning was just wonderful. The house is pristine, we ate in as we were a largish group and the kitchen is extremely well equipped and a great social space. Comfy beds, and a luxe feel to everything. Philip is a great host, very responsive. The teenage girls in the party popped round to the local arcade on a couple of evenings which they found great fun. A great stay.

Such a wonderful place to stay for a weekend away in Hastings! Easy walk to the old town (20 mins) with great views if you go up to West Hill. Right next to Alexandra Park as well - Perfect for a Sunday morning walk. The place was spotless, very comfy bed and Rachel was more than helpful answering any questions / giving us recommendations. Will definitely be staying here again :) Thanks Rachel xx

John & Tracey were so lovely, helpful and communicated efficiently. The accomodation was in a great location, a fantastic view of the beach with a 5 minute walk to the local grocery shop. The house was very clean and well-equipped, the kitchen was full of utensils, there were lots of games to play and bookshelves where visitors can do a book swap (how cute!). The house looked even more beautiful in person, I would absolutely recommend and will definitely be back! Thank you John & Tracey for being great host’s :)

Wonderful location, super friendly hosts. Easy to get in, lots of ameneties nearby. Was clean, and beautifully decorated. The fire on the Saturday night whilst having dinner was a real treat. 4 humans and one little dog loved it and will definitely be going back!

Lovely place to stay

Perfect location. Ideally placed for a walk to the beach, with a lovely pub and convenience store both short walks away. The house has a great spacious layout, with very generous facilities and peaceful garden, which is a real suntrap. Our teenagers also loved the cinema room! Will return.

we really enjoyed our family stay here. there was plenty of room outside for the dog to run around and lots of room inside for us as a family. nice walk into the town and down to the beach. on the whole very clean and tidy, especially the bathrooms. great clear instructions and communication, everything you could want or need from a host. we would definitely stay again.

Exactly as advertised and just what we needed for our trip

A spacious well equiped home . Easy walking distance to the beach , local shops and restaurants. The children loved the tree house.

Denise is very helpful and friendly, and goes out of her way to make guests feel comfortable.. Communication was great and I was made to feel at home with the family.. As it was a long stay I appreciated being able to use the kitchen, and after a weeks stay do a laundry. Thanks for a great stay Denise!
