Villa holiday rentals in Brighton, Brighton and Hove

We were staying at Tim's place for few days with grandparents, two young kids and the dog. House is in a great location, few minutes from the beach, shops, playground and some local activities. House was spacious to accommodate us all. Driveway can accommodate up to two cars. Small but nice enclosed garden. Tim was responsive and was on hand to answer queries. :)

Little Rock was the perfect place for our group of family and friends to socialise and relax. The building is modern and in great condition. I'd highly recommend this for large groups or families who want peace and serenity, with all the comforts of home.

We loved our stay at the beach. Such a beautiful location and so different than our sand beaches we have in the US. The rocky beach may not be for everyone but it was perfect for us as we weren't going to be swimming in April anyways. The house itself was wonderful and inviting - nothing bad to say about it.

Ingram House is a beautiful house with an amazing, beautiful garden.We had a wonderful stay.Antonio responded to all messages quickly but the star of the check in/communication whilst there was Shirley the wonderful housekeeper.Such a lovely lady, who made contact before we arrived to confirm all details, meet us for check in and check out and responded to any queries during our weekend.The house has 5 bedrooms/2bathrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom plus additional toilet downstairs. A great kitchen,a lounge with seating for everyone plus a delightful dining room. To us the best place was the garden. At least 5 different ‘spaces’ to sit with tables and chairs, a great BBQ area by the kitchen, its just a beautiful, relaxing garden where we sat and enjoyed the afternoon (we were lucky with the weather). The only slight downside to us was the road noise. The windows at the front of the house have secondary double glazing which helps to reduce the noise. We would happily stay there again

We absolutely loved Joanna's place and had a great weekend. It was extremely comfortable and in the perfect position to enjoy the beach and everything around us. Our dogs were also very happy and the garden was safe and secure for them with a bit of grass. The house is well laid out. The bedroom was comfortable and the linen first class. Joanna was helpful and welcoming and available at all times. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Jackie's very much. We felt welcome with the big family. The house is huge and very well equipped, for large and small, books, DVDs, toys.... We highly recommend it!

It was simply perfect for our professor's 50th birthday celebration. We were looking for a comfortable and inviting space to gather and commemorate this special occasion, and this villa exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the immaculately clean interiors and the stunning views. The villa was incredibly well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a seamless and enjoyable weekend. Thank you very much once again, for a truly wonderful stay!

A beautiful English house at the countryside from Sussex. The “backyard” is Ashdownforest, a beautiful green wide and open Forest. Annemette was a very friendly and helpfull host, we felt very at Home!

Lovely house and excellent location. Great to be able to walk straight out on to the beach, and lots of amenities nearby. The house had everything we needed and the view was beautiful and relaxing.

Our stay was magical. We couldn't have asked for more or been happier with everything. We took our mum here for a few days R&R as she has terminal cancer. It was exactly what we all needed, the house is luxurious, well equipped with everything you could possibly need and beautifully decorated with special, thoughtful touches all around. The sound of the sea and view from the master suite & living room was just perfect. Sonia the host even let us hold a little wedding ceremony in the garden overlooking the sea, which was a wish of mums fulfilled. We have memories we will treasure forever, were so grateful to Sonia and team for making all this possible. We loved it so much we have booked another of their properties just down the beach to take our mum back to again in a fortnights time.
