This wonderful modern apartment is situated on the union canal and right next to Linlithgow golf course. Less than 15 minute walk to both Linlithgow Palace and train station via a stunning canal stroll. Public swimming pool only 5 minute walk away. Golf course 2 minutes away. There is an open plan living space with a sitting area and double sofa bed, Smart TV, kitchen and dining table for four. There is a separate double bedroom and bathroom with full modern bath and shower area. Parking is on a private driveway with ample space for multiple cars. Great central base.

A preserved secret with a Palace & gardens, ancient abbey and famous Study and many 16th & 17th century properties lining the cobble streets used extensively in Outlander. There are fantastic walks on the door step along the front of the river or up into the woods and Devilla forest (passing the 16th grave yard) Culross is the start of the St Andrews Pilgrim Way.

Ideally placed within the central belt to visit many of its attractions and 11 miles from Edinburgh airport. A welcome breakfast pack included.

Welcome to our well loved and lived in home. Here you will be comfortable and cozy, a great family space, having everything you need for a lovely holiday/get away! Superb base for exploring Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling with only 2 min walk to the train station. Also good place to start to visit other more local must visits like the Falkirk wheel and Helix Park with the Kelpies. Off street parking, own entrance and exciting garden space! Themed on a Japanese water garden, this Airbnb was a tranquil oasis. The room had been thoughtfully kitted out with a neat functional kitchen and a great bathroom and shower. Colin is clearly a talented artist with many of his paintings around the wall. It was a brilliant find.
