Room with bathroom - Be at home by the lake

Hello dear travelers, we live here in the middle of the forest, the lake is a few meters from the front door and in the heart of Bavaria ! We live simply but beautifully and enjoy every day the feeling of being allowed to live in a very special place. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, since we are not connected to the public transport network, the nearest bus stop is 2 km away.

Our family-run country house Margarethe is located right next to the gondola lift in Hopfgarten and thus offers ideal access to the ski world Wilder Kaiser – Brixental with over 90 lifts. In summer, as well as winter, we are the ideal starting point for sports activities. The center of Hopfgarten is also only 300 m away and is therefore easily accessible on foot.
