Sara and Olivia were the perfect hosts! I had several questions about coming to town since it was my first time to the area! They were always prompt when answering my questions and their recs were spot on! Perfectly walkable to the sweet downtown. If I’m ever back in Golden, I’d be thrilled to stay here again!

Great place in an up-and-coming neighborhood with Santa Fe and the Art District within a 5 mins walk. Some great restaurants (Sushi was excellent) Lisa’s place was comfortable and has a great workspace, ideal for access to downtown Denver and for some late night meetings. Ample street parking too with the supplied pass. Definitely a great stay.

great place to use on vacation. space has everything you need. this is ideal for a place to sleep at night, just not a lot of space to hangout in. listing was clear and would stay here again.

This was the second time we have stayed in an Airbnb and it was nice to be able to meet the host. ( it was by coincidence) she was very friendly. The moment we walked in it felt like we were home. I enjoyed reading other people’s comments and seeing where they were from visiting Tamra’s home. would definitely recommend staying here

This is a great spot for being based in Lodo! You don't need a car as it's right next to the train station and being above Whole Foods is amazing. This apartment is perfect for a single person or couple traveling together. The kitchen has all of the basics you need to be able cook your meals at home. Would recommend this as your jumping off place to explore Denver!

We loved the location. We loved that it was close to so many restaurants. Check in was a breeze. Guests who like to be out and about will love the access to so many things.

Michelle was an amazing host. We had a tiny issue getting into the condo but she was available immediately to fix the issue via a phone call and sent a sweet check in the next day to make sure we didn’t need anything. She prepared a welcome basket and checked for any allergies beforehand. The location was also perfect. Highly recommend Michelle’s place!

We had a lovely 2 nights staying in this Airbnb. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Access was super clear and easy which was so good given we landed at close to midnight! Parking was easy at the building and lots to do close by. Fabulous stay!

Perfect apartment for my needs. Nadine’s studio apartment is perfect for a solo traveller or couple, visiting for a short while. Clean, well appointed, and great central location near I-25, Target and restaurants.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay! The location in downtown Denver couldn’t be more perfect—walkable to everything. The space was beautifully decorated, super clean, and really well stocked with everything we needed. Check-in was seamless, and having convenient parking was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Alexandra’s place was exactly what we were looking for! We wanted to stay in a residential neighborhood that had easy access to several Denver neighborhoods but wasn’t necessarily in the hustle at bustle— this totally fit that bill! The home was very comfortable, well-equipped, and safe. We had some iffy weather while in town, but our hosts were very responsive and gave great recommendations for how to spend some rainy Denver evenings.

Very comfortable home with everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and clean place to stay. Near anything you could want or need. A little outside of the noise and crowd of Denver but close enough if you want to go and explore also, great location. Greg is nice and responsive as well!

Description didn’t do it justice! Wonderful location, wonderful property. I’ve already spread the word to other friends who come to the Denver area to visit friends and family.

My partner and I had initially planned to stay at a nearby hotel, but the hotel room was disgusting. That’s when I reached out to Rachel at 8 at night requesting a place to stay. Rachel was super responsive and she cleaned up the space and made it ready for us in a couple of hours while we finished dinner. Rachel and Sam are fantastic and welcoming hosts. We enjoyed spending 5 days in their basement unit. She is a wonderful gardener and we enjoyed hearing from her about her vegetable garden. And we also got to feed the chickens and pet her rooster! Thank you very much Rachel and Sam and I hope we will stay in touch after we move to Denver in August this year :)

As a group of 8, it fit all of us! Slightly cramped in the living room and kitchen area for my specific group, but the space was great. The house was great, the only minor inconvenience was the construction in the area. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm planning on being in the area!

This is a beautiful home that is well maintained. It is spacious and open and was great for our stay. Everything worked as it should. The outdoor space was great! It was great to sit outside in the shade and use the bbq and talk with others that were sitting in the hot tub! I would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed my stay at this quiet and private basement apartment. Check-in was a breeze and everything looked as pictured and clean. It was super chill and a nice spot to come back to after a long day. The location was great—especially if you’re going to any stadium events. Lindsay and Dane were super welcoming and easy to talk to, and shared some great local tips. Very responsive to messages. I also got to pet their dog Benni—he was really friendly and such a sweet doggo! Would totally stay here again and recommend.

This home was perfect for what we were looking for. The views were immaculate and the house was so fun to be in. Its proximity to Boulder and other little trails was perfect for us and we really enjoyed our experience!

This space is so cozy and well curated! The neighborhood is quiet and the house is lovely. Brian was super easy and helpful as a host and its clear he puts a lot of care into the house. The vibes were immaculate. Will definitely stay again for any upcoming Denver trips.

We loved staying at Courtney's house! It was great for 4 adults. The fold out futon in one of the rooms was pretty small, but we made it work. The home was super clean, well taken care of. It had everything we needed. Very centrally located. Master bedroom had a very soft bed. Courtney was responsive and so flexible with times for us - we had a tiring few days and she let us come early and leave a bit later so we could rest. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!!

place is actually large, the office was a clutch setup for me as I had to work all week.
