From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

The apartment is only 150 m away from the beach and 400 m from the city center, surrounded by a spacious pine forest. We are renting an apartment in center of Novigrad. The city of Novigrad has a history that goes far back in time. The whole city is surrounded by walls which gives visitors a feeling of security and shelter. The apartment gives you a feeling of freshness and privacy. You can relax in peace on the private terrace or jump to the beach, which is a two-minute walk away. Near the apartment there are beaches, the central street which offers a lot of fun, in restaurants, bars and street entertainers.

During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is an ideal choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life.

Charming Little House in Piran (with Free Parking)

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.
