Im großen Schlafzimmer steht Euch ein 1,80m x 2,00m Bett zum ausspannen zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen, in direkter Nähe zum Zentrum.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Surrounded by trusting sheep, our circus wagon stands under a roof of maple trees. An exceptional place to stay with panoramic views for 1–2 adults. Sheep cuddling included! If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

The room is equipped with a 1.60 bed and has a TV with firestick, kettle, coffee capsule machine, fridge, microwave and Wi-Fi access. There is a chest of drawers and a shelf for storage. In the hallway there is a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Towels and linens are included

In 5-7 minutes' walk there is a small supermarket, bakery, organic shop, etc. The beautiful Oberbergisches Land invites you to hike and bike. Nestled in nature and equipped with a breathtaking lake view, this penthouse allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake. Sun loungers, a SuP and a kayak are available there.

Sauna/Hut/Garden - Modern living close to nature

After an enjoyable day in the nature, you can relax in our private Finnish sauna and have a good time by the flames of the pellet fireplace. You can chill out and barbecue in the garden in front of/in the hut and roast marshmallows by the campfire or enjoy the sunset on the balcony with a glass of wine. Whatever you want to do on your stay, we look forward to welcoming you!

Dat Hexenhus - Small break in the Bergisches Land

The beautiful outdoors with great hiking trails surround the detached nature house. A short distance from the house, you will enter the 6th stage of the Bergischer Panoramasteig. A variety of smaller circular and bike paths and the dams of the Bergisches Land invite you to many activities. But you can also enjoy nature experiences or fantastic sunsets from the terrace.

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
