The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

The apartment is on the first floor with hallway, living room with fireplace and sofa bed also extendable as double bed, bedroom with double bed also individually adjustable, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. Wi-Fi, TV available. Quiet location on the edge of the forest, Passau and Vilshofen an der Donau about 20 km away. Parking spaces available. Welcome to Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large toboggan. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping places. You can relax in the barrel sauna in the garden or in the hammock with a view. Coffee machine: Tschibo Cafissimo Various sauna infusion oils are available. We look forward to seeing you :)

Alle Räumlichkeiten befinden sich auf einer Etage im Erdgeschoss. Der Parkplatz liegt unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Sie bewohnen das ganze Ferienhaus, welches komplett eingezäunt ist, für sich alleine und teilen es nur mit Ihren Mitreisenden.

Up to two people are offered a double bedroom and a modern well-equipped small kitchen-living room.
