Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

We recently stayed here in Burbank to visit family close by and enjoy Universal Studios. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. It is very centrally located in the heart of Burbank and is in a nice and safe neighborhood with close proximity to a lot of restaurants and the famous bakery, Porto’s. The house is very well taken care of and extremely clean. We stayed with my one year old, four year old and my parents. The layout of the house is nice and the beds extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed the backyard area which had a very wonderful pool including pool floats, outdoor table, and BBQ. The hosts also had a high chair setup and a pack and play for my one year old. Heather and Janeth were also very responsive.

The house was perfect for our family of four. We had plenty of space, two full bathrooms and small patio space and a pool. The neighborhood felt safe and my husband and teenager daughter had no issues in their morning runs. The walk to the restaurants and shops was easy and safe. The house is situated not far from I-5 so there is highway background noise but that wasn't a bother for us. The landscaping helped the back yard space feel like an oasis. We had great communication for the Air Concierge team and their house instructions were clear and well written.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tarik’s Airbnb. It truly felt like a home away from home. Tarik was very responsive, flexible, and professional throughout the entire process, even when a small hiccup occurred on my end. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for my group, and the patio speakers were a great bonus. Beds were comfortable, and the space was totally worth the price. Thank you again for having me, Tarik!

Stay Period: May 27th – June 1st, 2025 This home is exactly as advertised—it was a perfect fit for my family, and we had a great time enjoying the pool, the spacious layout, and the convenient location. We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s graduation in Hollywood, and this home was an ideal place to host everyone under one roof. I had a group of teenagers who loved the pool and game room, and my 2-year-old nephew had a blast in the play area with swings and slides. The host, Jaid, was incredibly responsive—every message was answered in under 10 minutes. Great communication all around! The highlight of our experience was the property manager, Jesus. He was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. This place truly gives you your money’s worth—and more. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home.

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

The check in was very easy and Kelly was great at accommodating us with an early flight. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The home was very clean and private. Location was very important to us as we brought our children and the area made us feel very safe. So happy so chose this location.

This home was absolutely beautiful. Very easy to find clear instructions. I felt very safe everything was near by. Teresa is amazing she answers extremely fast and is very accommodating she asked if we had a baby and put a crib for us. She is also accommodating with times for example, she mentioned she could let us earlier if we arrived earlier then expected since we were driving. The beds are huge and comfortable. The showers are to dream. The house is completely gated which is really nice it has a backyard with a nice shade. It was a very pleasant stay.

Greg was a great host. He was very responsive to our messages leading up to our stay. The listing was accurate and the pictures depicted the house exactly as it was upon check-in. The location was great for our family and the neighborhood was peaceful and tranquil. I would recommend this listing to our friends and family if they needed a place to stay in the Burbank area.

Absolutely perfect stay!!! Loved the cleanliness and privacy of the room. The room was nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. Hosts were amazing and always responsive. Also loved that there were 2 laundry rooms provided. Highly recommend!

Small and cozy place in a nice neighborhood. Perfect for a quick trip.

Jason went above and beyond the call of duty. I brought a group of digital media students on a dream trip to SoCal and the house was one of the highlights of the trip. Jason was gracious with his time, even talking to me on the phone in advance. I don’t know that I will have a better view than that house. It was just tremendous.

We really enjoyed our stay at Virginia's home. It is nicely appointed in a nautical theme and has a very cozy feel. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. The biggest highlight for us was the dining room, which has large sliding glass doors that open out to the garden. It was just a lovely, peaceful place to enjoy a few slow mornings. We would definitely stay again!

This is our second stay at Lida's place and, just like the first time, everything was great. Lida takes pride in providing her guests with a great experience. She is friendly, responsive, and helpful. The unit itself is neat as a pin and in a great private neighborhood. We had a great stay and highly recommend Lida's place to anyone who wants a nice place at a very fair price.

We had an amazing week staying at Tiffany’s home while in LA for a conference! We came as a group of friends from Miami and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was beautiful, clean, and full of charm—with a spacious backyard where we made some unforgettable memories. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, with birds chirping in the mornings, and we felt completely safe during our stay. It was also super convenient and close to everything we needed. The parking was much appreciated. Tiffany was an incredible host—communicative, thoughtful, and easy to reach whenever we had a question. We truly enjoyed all the amenities the home had to offer.
