This peaceful guest house is the perfect place to spend some creative time. We provide a list of local music, art, and events. The kitchenette is fully stocked (including a V60 and french press for coffee), and Magnolia St. cafés, restaurants, and vintage/antique shopping are just a block away. Ample street parking is available. The neighborhood is very safe and family friendly. Please note that our neighbors have children, so we appreciate guests' respect of the quiet hours after 10pm.
