This vintage bungalow built in 1940 has just been given a designer's overhaul and is ready to be your home base for fun and sun. The sparkling pool has a brand new deck and outdoor furniture. Solar heat means it is nicely warms on long summer days and even a bit into the fall! The interior of the house has a swanky vintage vibe with unique furnishings and ultra lux linens over brand new, high end mattresses for sleeping in perfect comfort. No half sized pillows here! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware and utensils, stemware and glasses for nearly any type of libation, plus stainless steel appliances including a 6 burner range with gas oven, fabulous dishwasher, and large fridge, all nestled in custom cabinetry topped with gorgeous butcher block counters. And, best of all, the house is fully climate controlled, a must must must through the hot Los Angeles summers! Guests have full access to everything in the house and yard. The garage is for owners use only unless prior arrangements have been made, however, there is a covered carport on the driveway and room for two cars to tandem park. We are happy to help guests with all their needs. Personal chefs, maids, masseuses, and concierge service is available upon requests. Our property manager is only 10 minutes away and available 24/7. Stroll the streets in the heart of a hipster neighborhood near Universal Studios. This quiet neighborhood has easy parking and wonderful shops and restaurant all within walking distance. It's a rare gem in the midst of a bustling city. Parking in the driveway can accomodate two cars. Street parking is available, but watch out for signs warning of restricted times for street sweeping. You will be ticketed! It is easy to get a cab or use Uber. Bus stops line the main street and the subway is not far. It is pretty easy to get around from here, even if you are in town without a car. You know what they say: location location location. And this place has it all. Just a hop skip and a jump to the Warner Studios, Universal Studios, Disney Studios, and within walking distance of some of the best bars, restaurants, and shopping that the area has to offer!

Minutes away from Dodger Stadium, Universal Studios, Hollywood, Downtown Glendale, and more. Unit was remodeled in 2015 and has all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay.
