Our cozy penthouse apartment is quietly located on the outskirts with direct access to nature. A cozy nest with lots of light and an unobstructed view from large windows and from the sunny balcony. You can quickly get to Stuttgart, Waiblingen, Winnenden, Ludwigsburg or Backnang. The S-Bahn station is Winnenden. The supermarket and bus stop are a few minutes' walk away. The apartment has its own entrance, is fully furnished with everything you need and you don't have to share it with anyone.

My place sleeps 1-2 adults and is 36 square meters. It is a self-contained apartment/basement. Flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi are available. From a 7-day rental, there is a weekly change of linens and fresh towels and dish towels. Plates, cutlery and pots are available.

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
