Eigenständiger Check-In durch eine Schlüsselbox (Code bei Anreise Tag) Netflix und DAZN vorhanden. Die Unterkunft hat sehr schwache Internetverbindung deswegen ist nicht für Homeoffice geeignet . Die Wohnung ist mit einer kleinen Küchen ausgestattet .Zudem wurde das Bad kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken und ein WC . Bettwäsche, Dusch , Handtuch sind vorhanden.

In the middle of a historic farm complex surrounded by vegetable farmers and yet in the middle of the city triangle of Nuremberg, Fürth, Erlangen, you can experience the metropolitan region directly. Two bus stops and parking spaces are right outside the door. Numerous cycling and hiking trails open up the surroundings. The house is a renovated monument with old beams and sometimes a little creaking wooden floor on the upper floor.

Es sind zwei Zimmer für vier Personen plus Kleinkind geeignet. Im Wohn/Schlafbereich befindet sich ein großes Doppelbett, ein großes Schlafsofa und ein Einzelbett im 2. Zimmer. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Gegenüber liegend befindet sich das WC mit Dusche. Die Terrasse über die man in die Einliegerwohnung gelangt, lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Zahlreiche Radwege und das fränkische Seenland sind in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie der Zug, der in 22 min in Nbg ist. Tiere nur auf Anfrage.

Sehr schöner Marktplatz mit guten Speiselokalen 500 Meter entfernt.

You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirt of Nuremberg. By public transport (bus / subway) you can get to the main railway station in 25 minutes without any stress. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in only 20 minutes.

Tiny house in a pretty garden

Wunderschönes, neues Tiny House in hübschem Garten. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen zwischen Nürnberg und Neumarkt OPf mit S-Bahnanachluss zu beiden Städten. Bahnhof ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Garten gehört zu dem Einfamilienhaus in dem wir wohnen. Der Garten wird geteilt. Die Terasse vor dem TinyHouse wird allerdings nur von den Gästen genutzt. Auf der anderen Seite des Gartens ist unsere Terrasse.
