The wooded land on 6 ha is nestled in a meander of the small river, the Gorre. The mill is located along the head race; a bamboo grove softens the northern flank while to the south, the terrace of the cottage overlooks the edge of the woods. The facade mirrors the old dwelling house and the ruined barn.

We are Jean, Florence and our dog Tiago. We welcome you to our fully renovated former outbuilding. Located at the gates of Périgueux, close to the shops of Marsac-sur-l'Isle and Chancelade, the Voie Verte and the GR, the Maisonette is a charming 45 m² duplex. Everything has been thought out for your comfort: bedding, appliances, private sauna and outdoor table under pergola. As hosts, we make sure to be both available and discreet.

La Maison Benaise, our bicentennial farm, welcomes guests who are mainly looking for tranquility and nature (Natura 2000 site). Guests can enjoy beautiful walks in the hilly Charente landscape.
