The home was absolutely beautiful. As a host, David stayed in contact through the entire process, and including through out our stay. We highly recommend David and his property. We will be visiting again and staying at David’s place.

We stayed at Sam’s for my daughters Tulane graduation and it was the perfect spot with easy access to both Tulane and the French Quarter. There was plenty of space for our extended family. The space was comfortable and lovely with custom decorative painting. The pool and back yard were great for relaxing between activities. Sam was very responsive to questions and my early check in request. I would highly recommend if you’re visiting NOLA with a group!

We had an amazing time here! The house and hosts were amazing! Everything was clean and comfortable and we felt very taken care of. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at one of Thomas' properties, and we had another great stay. The home is beautifully decorated and maintained, and has everything you need for an easy and enjoyable stay. Thomas was very accommodating with check-in time and our last-minute request for a pack n' play -- a fantastic host! We found the neighborhood very friendly, and enjoyed the proximity to the Lafitte Greenway (access is just a block away -- we didn't even realize this when we rented the place!) and local businesses like Flour Moon and the Broadside. Highly recommend!

Great location! Love the neighborhood and how close it was to city park. Great restaurants nearby too. Great host!! Allowed us to drop our bags off before check-in. Loved hanging out on the patio in the evening as well. Private and pretty.

Comfortable and perfectly located in a great area! We had everything we needed for a family vacation. The pool and spa worked great and we just took one morning to swim, relax, and visit with each other in that awesome tropical backyard. We had a car so we didn’t need transportation but we did walk to the streetcar one day, plus it would be easy to Uber/Lyft from Gary’s place to the popular locations in New Orleans. We didn’t cook, because, frankly, why would you in food paradise when the local restaurants do it so well, but the kitchen was well stocked should you want to cook. We had fun using the game table, TVs, and sound system. Everything was a hit with our kids who were with us to celebrate their recent college graduations. We would stay here again for any occasion but the end of May was the perfect time for warm weather AND the end of crawfish season which we were thrilled to miss. Thanks, Gary!

We had such a wonderful time and the place was close to the French Quarter and we could easily walk. The artwork in the home was beautiful, but I would worry about children around some of the artwork. The host was great and responded quickly to our questions.

Great lodging option for a large group. Very clean, well stocked and close to some of our local favorites. We did have one maintenance issue but they were responsive when we flagged it. They were also flexible about dropping off luggage early, which was very helpful! Just one small thing to be aware of is that the upstairs rooms towards the back side of the house can get a little stuffy.

Such a wonderful gem! Jared's place is welcoming, charming, thoughtful and unique. We immediately felt at home in the shotgun-esque layout and whimsical back courtyard. The spaces were very clean, comfortable, well-stocked and full of personality! Loved the walkable neighborhood, shade trees and free parking. Jared's communication and support was awesome & helped us find new restaurants and places to explore. Can't wait to stay again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! The home is situated in a central location—not too far from the interstate, Canal Street, and good food and entertainment. The queen-sized bed was extremely comfortable. I think that was the best sleep we'd had in a while. We didn't check out the king-sized bed; it didn't have two nightstands like the room with the queen-sized bed, but the room was tidy. The home had everything we needed to wash our clothes before heading home. Rik was a great host—kind and very responsive. My husband and I both agreed that we would definitely stay here again!

This was a jewel nestled in the a quaint neighborhood. It was literally a 15 minute drive to the French Quarter.We had enough supplies and laundry soap was even provided.The place was beautiful and chic with a lot of character.I will definitely stay here again.

Brooke was very friendly and flexible. We had the chance to chat with her in person a few times during our stay and she was great. The home had everything we needed and was completely private from her home. There were constant lizard and butterflies outside on the porch which was lovely to relax in.

This is a perfect spot! Comfortable place where you feel right at home. Easy to get around the city from this location. Safe neighborhood.

great location. quick 10 min to Frenchman St. 20 Min to Bourbon St. Neighborhood is nice, on the edge of somehwat blighted block, but we felt safe the entire time. Walked to breakfast (1 block) and a good coffee shop (Orange Couch, 4 blocks) each day overall solid place if you want a home base close to the action, but far enough away to not be up all night. Ubers were super easy to get and pretty cheap getting around. Overall a very positive experience

Ian’s place was perfect for my seven person group! The home was spacious, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the city by day and going out at night, with lots of great food and bars within walking distance. Ian gave us clear instructions for checking and out and was very responsive. We had zero complaints about the place or Ian—we had a great stay and would highly recommend!

Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The host provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions! I would definitely recommend and would stay again when we visit New Orleans again. Thank you!

The hosts were awesome! Very responsive to all our questions! The place was great! Close to everything you would want to do in New Orleans! We brought teenagers ages 14 and 17 and they loved the place! All of the color and amenities were welcomed! We will definitely be back!

Clarisse Art House has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and complete your New Orleans experienced memorable. Clarisse was very responsive and pro active. She anticipated every details like coffee creamer, cold filtered water, welcome snacks, hydrating pack and umbrellas! Clarisse has excellent communication and had text us during our stay to make sure everything is fine with us. There was one evening during our stay that we experienced a short power outage due to strong rain. Clarisse husband went to check on us to make sure we’re ok. Clarisse as our host went above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend Clarisse Art House .

This was a clean and comfortable place in the middle of a great neighborhood. It was perfect for our last minute trip to New Orleans. The neighborhood is full of beautiful street art and great people. The room is tastefully decorated with gorgeous and comfortable linens. We had a minor issue with getting back into the room after a night out, but that was user error. Just make sure the door is completely closed when you try the lock code.

We enjoyed our stay here! Matched the description & amenities. My favorite was the very kind neighbors we talked to & neighborhood black cat! So friendly and cute! 🐈‍⬛. Great hosts allowed my early check in.
