Holiday rentals with a patio in Cache la Poudre River

What a lovely and clean space this host provided for us. My dance girls and I had a festival to be at all weekend so it was absolutely perfect as a quiet and relaxing clean place to crash after long days. We felt secure. A lovely spacious 1B1B. And my dog had plenty of space to chill for the day. The hosts were quick to respond which makes everything SO easy and peace of mind. Might even book again next year for the fest! Jill was an exceptional host, and her charming cottage Airbnb was the perfect nature escape. She went above and beyond by thoughtfully providing drinks and snacks, which made us feel instantly welcomed. She has a great energy, too. The location was unbeatable—peaceful and surrounded by great hiking trails, yet just a short drive into town if you wanted to explore. It was the ideal getaway for anyone looking to unwind in nature. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

Lovely, quiet, and super clean which I loved. It’s in a nice, safe residential neighborhood. Amy’s communication was exceptional which we really appreciated. We chose this place for the close proximity to our kid’s place and it was bonus to have access to a community pool with a children’s pool. It was just their size and our grandkids loved it! The bed has a pretty firm mattress which was a little too firm for us, but everything else was exceptional.

We had a great stay at Leah's place! It was pristine, stylish and had a perfect layout for our family of 4. Loved the location close to Loveland Lake and walking distance to downtown Loveland. The mountain view from the balcony was an added bonus! Would stay here again for sure.

Casey is a great host. Friendly and responsive. Also gave us our privacy. The rental was as described and suited our needs. It was a good value as well. Would rent again if needed.

This cute little place is just as described. Cozy, comfortable and within walking distance of cute shops and restaurants of downtown Loveland. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely love to stay here again!!

My siblings and I booked Hannah’s AirBnB while our dad had emergency surgery. If anyone needs to know, the UC Health center is just 10 mins away! Hannah’s home was so spacious! If I ever come back with our kids, it would be the perfect place for large families because there’s so much space. Additionally, it was super clean! You would never know it’s pet-friendly because there wasn’t any pet hair or pet odors at all. Speaking of pets, at the last minute, by brother-in-law came down to see my dad and had to bring their dogs. I was so thankful Hannah’s home was pet-friendly; that hadn’t even been on my filter when I searched. And gratefully, when I messaged and asked if it was ok to add one more person and two well-behaved dogs, they didn’t hesitate to welcome them. So hospitable! The neighborhood is quiet, the backyard is a haven with a beautiful landscape and a hot tub, and the house is very comfortable. Highly recommend Hannah’s home!

Enjoyed staying at Paige’s house during our trip to Colorado for a family wedding. My family, my two brothers’ families and my parents all stayed comfortably here. The view was amazing and made it feel less like a neighborhood. Kitchen was well-stocked and there were plenty of extra sheets and towels. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. The Buc-ee’s down the road made it feel more like Texas 🤠

Excellent place for entire extended family to stay, prepare and socialize prior and after a wedding.

We can’t say enough great things about our stay! We were staying as two couples & the private bathrooms connected to each bedroom was wonderful & there is a half bath on the first floor!! The full kitchen was awesome, we could easily cook meals & prepare coffee in the morning! Unbelievably clean & comfortable! Easy access to the garage & direct access to the Condo from the attached garage! The Condo had everything you could need!! Everything was perfect!! We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I loved this charming little home. Check-in and check-out were exceptionally easy. The home was very clean and accurately described in its listing. Kyle was a very communicative host. We have family in the Longmont/Frederick area, and we will definitely book this place the next time we visit the area.

Julian’s place is an absolute gem for those seeking to be surrounded by a peaceful environment. It’s close enough to Boulder center while being out of the hustle and bustled it’s also connected to wonderful biking trails. I would definitely stay again.

Quiet location. Recently updated. Everything was thoughtful and nicely done. High quality appliances. Well equipped dishes and flatware. Super clean. Lots of cozy blankets. Spacious primary bedroom and bathroom. Something to be aware of, the couch and side chairs are low, around 15”, which will appeal to some and can be challenging for others to get in and out of.

Felt like home away from home while working in Colorado. Would have loved to stay for good. Everything need is nearby but the property is located away from busy streets.

We loved our stay at Natsliya's. Her condo was comfortable and peaceful. Close to everything we wanted to do, no more than 15 to 20 mins. we loved relaxing on her beautiful patio! Nataliya was responsive and gave excellent suggestions. Highly recommend her condo!

The owner is a great communicator. Very proactive and responsive. His place was incredibly clean with plenty of amenities, linens, and a well stocked kitchen. . Great location close to Goose Creek Path, coffee and restaurants, and just minutes to drive to anywhere in the city.

What a lovely apartment in downtown Windsor. Great for anyone. If you go on the weekend, check out the farmers market. Lots of cool restaurants to walk to. Highly recommended. Will visit again. Thank you!
