Monthly Rentals in Caher

This was our fourth time staying at Gene's place, and there are so many reasons why we keep coming back. The flat is big, beautifully decorated, sunny and gorgeous, with lovely views, a huge very modern kitchen and two sparkling bathrooms. Gene had even put out autumnal decorations for our arrival! We feel so at home here -- you don't even have to go anywhere, you can just enjoy the views of the mountains from the sitting room. But there's lots to do, great walks (Gap of Dunlop, Tomie's Wood) nearby and Killarney's pubs and restaurants not much further. What really makes this place special, though, are Gene's lovely parents Celia and Mossie, who live downstairs and are so incredibly kind, generous and welcoming. We are always so well taken care of when we are there -- we can't wait to go back!

There are literally know words to describe the beauty of this place I almost think it’s to nice to be shared with other people. The Hosts were extremely patient with me and my party…due to a motorcycle breaking down we arrived (very late) but the host was very understanding and very helpful. I would 1000% recommended this stay, and I my self would love to come back at a later date and have more time exploring the beautiful sites. many thanks Lewis !

Amazing house and host!!! Wish we could have stayed here for a week. Beautiful property and Ann was wonderful.

Beautiful cottage, comfortable, and extremely quiet. We never slept better. We had a lovely welcome from Anette. Location is fantastic for exploring, especially for those who don’t mind driving the local Irish roads. It is an opportunity to visit quieter areas, away from the busier ones with lots of coaches/buses. Wifi is not available, but it wasn’t an issue with my data eSIM. Cell phone is spotty, but we were well covered for emergencies. No need for entertainment wifi in this beautiful location - enjoyed the peace and disconnecting. This would be our first choice if we return to south-west Ireland.
