Clean, organized, and full of everything you'd need. The owner clearly put a lot of work into the space and it shows. Many Airbnbs are bare-bones but this one is not. So many labels and instructions!

Stayed here multiple times. Perfect little getaway with beautiful views. We'll be back.

An amazing home with all needed to just relax and enjoy!!

Whitney’s cabin was a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. The home was clean and had all the amenities listed. We enjoyed the popcorn and board games. The view is amazing. It was very dog friendly and even had bowls and treats available for my pup.

Paul is friendly and his home is a gem if your looking for a quite place surrounded by nature. The house is well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the upstairs bedroom deck with our coffee watching the sun come over the foothills. The Hawley Grade trail is within walking distance if you like to hike. It’s also an easy drive to get into Meyers and South Lake Tahoe.

We stayed for a week in June, and really appreciated the proximity to Yosemite as well as what felt like extreme privacy in the woods. The home is spacious and yet very homey, all the amenities and blankets and fans—we found everything we needed. Jeffrey was responsive to all of our questions, almost instantly. He reached out months prior to let us know Yosemite was implementing their timed entry system. Wonderful stay!

We stayed for just one night, but it was truly lovely. The place looked just like the pictures, if not even better, and the night sky in the desert was absolutely breathtaking. The private deck with chairs was perfect for watching the sunset and sunrise. We also loved the record collection, it really set the mood and made the space feel extra special. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful chalet and wonderful hosts. Couldn’t be more happy with my stay at Paul and Charlene’s in Big Bear. The views are impeccable and the activities around are never ending. The property is beautiful, clean and feels luxurious. We had a little 4 year old vacationing with us and he had a blast the whole time thanks to the game room and the playground in the backyard. Thanks to the Paul and Charlene for being so welcoming and accommodating. We hope to have more adventures here!

very highly recommend this location- local next to all the stores (vons - stater bros) 5 -8 min drive to the little town , less than 5 min to big bear lake - host responded quick and attentive. my family enjoyed our stay here, everything was very clean and sanitary. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

We went with a friend's family and there were 4 kids aged 1,3,4 and 5. The jungle gym was an instant hit. The backyard was gorgeous and plenty of snow to play with for the kids without having to drive or go anywhere. Warm home , warm host , basic common sense rules and simple instructions. Good location just a 4-5 mins drive to King's beach. Had a great time - couldn't ask for more.

We loved our stay at the Mill Valley Chalet! We felt super comfortable and at ease right when we walked in - mellow/calming instrumental music was playing, what a nice touch :) Being surrounded by redwoods, in a home made from redwood trees was magical. We loved that we could walk across the street and down the stairs into town. There were various delicious restaurants (we highly recommend Flour Craft Bakery and Piazza D'Angelo) nearby as well as a market and little shops. Super close to incredible hikes in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area (NPS) and Mt. Tamalpais too. We really loved sitting out on the decks amongst the redwoods, and even saw a buck with large fuzzy antlers. The kitchen has everything you need including cooking oil, coffee, tea, and spices; the showers had nice water pressure; and the beds were pretty comfortable - the downstairs bed was a little firm, and upstairs medium firm. Matt and Krisztina were easy to communicate with, too :)

Rebecca was GREAT! We absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay. Our first vacation with our kiddos and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Rebecca was very responsive and such a friendly host. We will definitely be back in the future.

We (a group of 4 families) stayed at Monique’s chalet for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Our kids liked the pool table, air hockey table and arcade games, and we loved the outdoor space and beautiful views. Monique was very responsive via text. The location was excellent, close to Big Trees SP. Would stay again!

Roi's place is large and private, with a lot of open space and sunlight. We particularly loved the kitchen, which also shares a sitting area with an electric fireplace. The house is only a short walk from Lake Tahoe and is also close to town. We felt very at home here and highly recommend it.

The apartment was beautifully decorated, very clean, and offered a wonderful view of the sea. Everything we needed was there, and the easy access to the beach was fantastic – just a short walk away. We felt very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay!

This was the perfect place for our family to spend a few days in the mountains. Jackiehas thought of everything! The kitchen was completely stocked, there was a gas grill with utensils, a fire pit, a beautiful porch, games, puzzles, toys, and best of all everything was very clean. This was the best location close to Big Trees and several lakes. I only hope to stay here again someday! Thanks, Jackie

The W House was a very nice relaxing home. Jen was an amazing host and always kept in touch. This place has lots of room for a family of 11 to spread out and have their own privacy and was fully stocked. The view and peacefulness was incredible. Hot tub was a huge plus as well as the deck and Blackstone Flat Grill which we used for all of our cooking. Nothing like cooking bacon and eggs outside in the early morning surrounded by redwoods. We went fishing, dirt biking and laid out by the nearby lake. S’mores night around the fire pit was a hit! Main Street Murphys for some wine tasting and ice cream made it for a fun and relaxing time for the whole family. We will definitely be back!

We had such a great stay! Quiet neighborhood, clear instructions for everything, super clean, everything was labeled —-just an absolute breeze! This is a nice house for anyone looking for the quiet of the forest. Rita and Nathan give local recs for everything. We went to Murphys for meals and wine tasting and visited the local parks and state park to get some fresh air. Kitchen was so well equipped for all our meals. If you have little ones with you, this place is a godsend. They had toys, pack and play, a crib, childproof cabinets, child proof plugs, childproof furniture—it made our lives a little easier not having to chase after the kid constantly. The fireplace is non-operational and they currently don’t have a washer dryer. Both would have been nice but we were only there a short time. And Rita and Nathan said they’re in the process of renovating so that could change by the time you book. They were honestly the most helpful hosts and so responsive. Wonderful stay!

it's a fantastic place to isolate from the world, great location with balcony on the lake .

I was so happy that this place popped up as I was looking for a secluded, quiet and cute place just to take a break from parenting and people/the city in general! Oh and for my birthday weekend! It was even better in person versus the photos, beautiful view and calm surroundings. Everything that was needed or even could potentially be needed was already in the house! It was also nice that a good number of food places are about 10 minutes away. I stopped at a drive thru to get dinner for my first night before checking in! I also brought my little dog with me and she enjoyed everything about it too, especially watching the ducks lol. I would totally stay here again and have already recommended it to others. Worth every penny!

This is a spacious cabin in a beautiful spot. We loved being surrounded by snow. It did take 24 hours to warm up though the loft was always very warm. The beds were super comfy - they even had flannels sheets. Lots of room for everyone.

lovely place to get away from your regular daily routine. peaceful and friendly neighbors. Host was quick with responses for questions. very friendly and flexible. loved our stay. Want to return for another trip soon.
