Ein großes, sauberes, sehr gemütliches Haus mit toller Terasse und Aussicht. Man fühlt sich gleich Zuhause. Die Umgebung ist auch traumhaft. Und Martin, ein guter, sehr netter , hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Unser Aufenthalt war super schön, eingenehm und erholsam.

I highly recommend a stay at this 17th-century villa in Carfagnò. The incredible interiors transport you to another era, and the peace and privacy of having the entire property to yourself is unmatched. There are many tourist attractions nearby, and within an hour’s drive, you can find yourself at the foot of picturesque mountains. Well-stocked stores, like Supermarket Famila, are just 5 minutes away by car, and there are great pizzerias in the surrounding towns and in Belluno itself – I particularly recommend the fantastic BELLA NAPOLI. If you’re into lakes, Lago di Santa Croce is perfect for swimming and sailing, while Lago di Santa Maria and Lago di Lago offer beautiful hiking trails. Don’t miss the stunning serpentine roads through the valleys on your way there. A must-do is a walk to Brent del Art (park near the cemetery, then a 20-minute walk to the canyon), or exploring the trails around Lago del Mis. For those craving the sea, Lido di Jesolo is ideal for a day trip, and Venic

schönes, gemütliches Apartment. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Schöne und ruhige Terasse. Viele Wanderungen in der Nähe und gute Anbindung an die verschiedenen Naturschutzgebiete zum Wanderung mit Bus und Bergbahnen.

Die Unterkunft ist wundervoll gelegen, der Garten ist super schön, riesig und komplett umzäunt - unser Hund hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Miriam ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend - wir planen schon den nächsten Besuch :).

I have no words to say about the house! The location is very good, the house was cleaned, organised, warm and we felt very comfortable there. The house remains you about the culture of Italy and we were very happy there! Also, the host was very friendly and we definitely want to stay there again if travel to Belluno!

Una location incredibile e una proprietà restaurata con cura, immersa nella bellezza delle Dolomiti. Il posto è pieno di storia e carattere, perfetto per chi cerca un'esperienza unica e autentica. La padrona di casa è stata molto disponibile e gentile, aiutandoci a pianificare le nostre escursioni e fornendoci consigli utili. Abbiamo fatto hiking e trekking nelle Dolomiti e il Palazzo del Barone di Rallo è stato un ottimo punto di partenza per le nostre avventure. La proprietà è circondata da sentieri e paesaggi mozzafiato, che ci hanno permesso di immergerci nella natura e godere della tranquillità delle montagne. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto a chi cerca un soggiorno speciale e un'esperienza autentica nelle Dolomiti. La combinazione di storia, natura e ospitalità rende il Palazzo del Barone di Rallo un luogo unico e indimenticabile.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nonostante una sola notte di pernottamento. Il self check in è molto comodo, la casa era pulita e spaziosa e con molti bagni disponibili per i diversi ospiti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

That was a perfect stay! Federico and Luca were amazing hosts, always responsive and helpful. The place itself is a dream - very private and calm, with a huge garden and spectacular views of the Dolomites. The local Italian dinner arranged by the hosts at the villa was the highlight of our trip - highly recommended. Its 10 out of 10, with no doubts an amazing villa, location and hosts.

Beautiful apartment and view. Building work next door did not bother us at all. Very responsive and helpful host who helped enormously with electric car charging Be aware it is a fair walk up/down a steep hill to main town and although ski buses stop relatively nearby getting to them was still several minutes of walking (and they didn't always come as per timetable...). I was glad we had car for shopping etc. We loved the skiing !

Le logement correspondait à nos besoins pour 10 motards qui roulaient la journée avec un garage pour 10 moto. Pour nous la seule difficulté est la compréhension du tri sélectif .Qui est différent de la france.

Una villa immersa nel verde, con tanto spazio per stare in compagnia e, al contempo, per ritirarsi in tutta tranquillità. Le camere da letto sono ampie e luminose. I soli suoni che si avvertono sono quelli della natura circostante… e una volta raggiunta la veranda, ti accarezzano i profumi del prato e dei suoi fiori… torneremo sicuramente per stare qualche giorno in più! Familie Egger hat uns dieses wirklich schöne Ferienhaus für unseren Familienurlaub zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und für alle war etwas dabei. Vor allem ebenerdiges Schlafzimmer und Bad für die Großeltern! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Bäder sind sehr geräumig. Vorallem ist auch der Garten mit Liegen, Lounge und einem großen Esstisch ausgestattet um die wundervolle Aussicht und das tolle Wetter in vollen zügen genißen zu können. Meran liegt nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und es gibt viele tolle Restaurants in der Umgebung. Zudem hat Familie Egger uns auf unseren Wunsch eine zwischenreinigung organisiert und uns tolle tipps für die Anfahrt gegeben.

Pěkné místo. Krásná příroda. Pro výchozí bod na turistiku v této oblasti. Ideální.

Wir waren kurz vor Ostern mit einer Gruppe von 14 Personen in Segonzano. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön. Das Haus liegt mitten in den Weinbergen. Der Pool ist grandios - leider hatten wir jedoch schlechtes Wetter, so dass wir ihn nicht kaum konnten. Bei schönem Wetter bieten Haus und Garten auch für eine größere Gruppe ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten.

Die Villa Verecondi Scortecci ist ein prächtiges Anwesen, das liebevoll hergerichtet und sorgfältig verwaltet wird. Wir sind sehr aufmerksam empfangen worden, hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, in der uns die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich, zurückhaltend und zuvorkommend begegnet ist. In jeder Hinsicht haben wir uns dort wohlgefühlt und das weitläufige Areal mit dem wunderbaren Pool , den schön gestalteten Sitzgelegenheiten bis hin zum Jacuzzi sehr genossen.

Der Aufenthalt war ein Traum! Können wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen!!

This place is amazing and beautiful. The pictures to not even come close to the view you will have sitting in your private pool sipping on some of the best prosecco the world offers. The home was amazing for our family of 7–with room to spare. If you get the tower, it is a great idea to use for the parents, or anyone who can use their own private apartment. It is a separate Mother in law suite that is right in front of the pool. The main house is huge with lots of space sleep and eat. We used the entire property from playing bocce ball in the lawn, swimming everyday, making a nice big BBQ with local meats from a butcher right in town. I also recommend doing the Prosecco tasting they offer. It’s an amazing experience with great information and, of course, Prosecco. Lastly BEA is such a sweet and amazing person. Super helpful and is always available to help. She makes the stay that much better. The main word about this place is the VIEW!!!!!!

Visited Alessio's place over a week around New Years Eve. Had a beautiful stay, everything worked smoothly. The house is conveniently located ~1.5h from skiing in the Dolomites, ~1.5h from Venice and ~1h from Verona. Selection of grocery stores are ~10min drive away and Garage has charger for electric vehicles. Each room has its own bathroom and the beds are very comfortable. We all loved our stay! Thank you Alessio!
