Fantastic! We were in the apartment with 3 small children. The outdoor area offers plenty of space and a clear demarcation. The interiors are also perfect for families. The equipment of the kitchen is optimal. The location is great - close to the sea. Safe path. A quiet place with lots of activity opportunities right outside the door.

The personal contact with Giacomo was very pleasant and friendly. The house is in a beautiful location outside of Marciana Marina. From there you have a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. We quickly got used to the steep, narrow road and also the access to the parking lot. We liked the house itself and the tasteful furnishings very much. A tip: besides the cumbersome access directly from the parking lot, there is a second access a little further above the street. This makes it easier to transport luggage, for example.

We read all the reviews prior to our booking and they all describe the place perfectly. The location is just perfect and we had a wonderful time! Best sunsets ever, wild beach on walking distance, peace and tranquility.. what else do you need?

Silvia's house is very nice, equipped, clean and unique location: terrace with sunset overlooking the sea, really very evocative. Mr. Marino was kind and helpful: he gave us useful tips for taking nice walks (ring walk of the old cellars of Chiessi: marvel for the eyes: which I highly recommend!) We had a great time on everything: magical island, impeccable house, the town center a few steps away, the places are very welcoming ... in short, good vibes 🤗 We will definitely be back ⛵️

We stayed 4 nights in this fantastic apartment in Capoliveri, Giovanni and his wife made us feel at home, we had a really good time. The apartment has a spatial view of the valley below and the sea, it is also a short walk from Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro and many fantastic beaches nearby, it is equipped with all possible amenities, the rooms are very beautiful, the furniture new and efficient. I hope to return soon to spend a few relaxing days, thank you very much Giovanni

A gem of tranquility and beauty. Staying at Marcello's Cove House was simply a wonderful experience. From the first moment, you can feel the meticulous care dedicated to every detail, making the environment welcoming and refined. The cleanliness is impeccable. The real highlight is undoubtedly the garden and the porch: fantastic outdoor spaces, designed to fully enjoy the conviviality. We spent unforgettable evenings dining outdoors immersed in an oasis of peace and beauty. The location is strategic: a short walk from the sea and all the necessary amenities, but at the same time secluded enough to ensure priceless privacy. A real retreat to get away from the routine. Mr. Giovanni was a very attentive and helpful host. I can only highly recommend Marcello's Cove House to anyone looking for a well-kept, comfortable home with outdoor spaces to live with a 4-legged friend.

Our stay was fantastic! The location is just awesome: during the day you can explore Elba and enjoy the sunset and tranquility in the evening. A huge recommendation and we hope to come back again 😊

Great 2 days escape in the astonishing isola d’Elba. The house is very cozy and very well furnished. Is perfect for bikers since the entrance is on the ground floor. Fiorenza is very kind and welcoming, we’ll definitely come back if we have the opportunity!! :)

Authentic and charming place to stay in the heart of Poggio. Great location for access to lots of amazing beaches, excellent restaurants, and beautiful nature. We loved the water spring nearby. Andrea was a very helpful host, and responded quickly to all our needs. Highly recommend.

The host was very welcoming and easy to contact. We enjoyed our time in the apartment very much, it was very beautiful. The view and the location was outstanding.

Isabella checked us in personally. She was kind and friendly and showed us the house. She gave us tips on getting around. The house is exactly as presented on the site... enough towels and bathrobes... soaps for hygiene and cleaning the house... sugar, coffee, oil, water, salt and pepper... perfect for a family... highly recommended.

We enjoyed our holidays in this accommodation very much! Everything was very clean and practically furnished. A highlight was the wonderful terrace with a view and lots of sun! A small disadvantage was the construction noise from time to time, but fortunately it was not constant all day long. What was missing were normal-sized glasses, normal-sized teaspoons, dishwashing detergent, brush or sponge for cleaning the dishes and there was only one kitchen towel. Next time, we would clarify in advance what is available. The contact with Fabrizio's son Ivan was very nice. We were greeted and all our questions were answered in detail. We would definitely come back😊!

We had the most fabulous stay at Fabio & Elisa's house - with surely the best view and most beautiful outside space on the island! Sitting out in the garden watching the boats and enjoying the vista was a dream. The house itself was also perfect - light, clean, uncluttered, comfortable and well equipped. We loved the location so close to a couple of pretty beaches plus the water sport school Experience 360 in the bay (10 mins on foot). We would definitely return to this lovely spot.

Very nice apartment with everything you need for a vacation in the lovely Capoliveri. As for the proximity to the center, there is a little uphill walk and on the street there is no sidewalk, so I'm honest, for convenience we took the car, but on foot it will be 10 minutes, so really super close. Concetta is super kind and helpful, if I were to return to visit the island I will definitely contact her again.
