Its proximity to the major roads (motorway, ring road, Paris road) and public transport will allow you to access the main tourist sites: from the Nantes vineyard to the charm of Carquefou (Port Jean, La Fleuriaye...), the city of Nantes and its castle, not to mention the major exhibitions (the machines of the Island, the Zenith of Nantes) or the sea less than an hour away!

Close to the train station (3 tram stops), in the heart of the Toutes Aides district, come and taste the spirit of a small Nantes village... This 40 m2 detached house, just renovated, is away from the street, hidden behind a building and nestled in a garden. Equipped with a 20 m2 terrace and 70's inspiration, everything has been thought out for maximum comfort. The tram is 400 m away and all shops are nearby. Perfect for a quiet stay and to visit Nantes in peace.

Charming outbuilding in a green setting with independent access through our garden. You have a large bedroom and a shower room with toilet. A coffee maker is at your disposal. Following the recommendations of travelers, we have added a table and a small fridge. Small outdoor terrace with table and chairs on sunny days, without overlooking neighbors. Possibility to park your vehicle and bikes. The accommodation is located near the banks of the Loire.

Stopover on the banks of the Loire

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the island of Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette ... but also restaurants just around the corner. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

Very nice and spacious mezzanine studio on garden

You will stay in a nice independent mezzanine studio, fully equipped, adjoining my house. Access is secured by a gate and keypad and you can park inside the property. You access it via an external staircase. This comfortable studio is quiet and bright with a view of the unoverlooked garden. You have an equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking essentials and a beautiful bathroom with large shower and toilet.

In a quiet and leafy residential area, close to the tram-train, the ring road (near the airport), shops, a leisure area (cinemas, restaurants), I welcome you in a house with garden, equipped kitchen, bathroom and spacious bedroom with queen size bed. The accommodation includes wifi, a TV, a washing machine, an oven and a microwave. Easy and free street parking. Linens and towels provided. Non-smoking accommodation.

Come and discover our "Woody"! For a short or extended stay, it is comfortable, welcoming and has a private garden, quiet from its cul-de-sac. Because a good sleep comes with good bedding, the Woody is equipped with a quality sofa bed (Emma®). It can accommodate various hosts, nature lovers with walks along the Erdre at 200m or city dwellers with transport nearby (tram 1, tram train, bus 86 and E5 bus).

Our house is from the 1950s it was designed from scratch by my dad. We live at the first and the apartment is below. We've updated everything. The apartment includes 1 big bedroom..with bed 1 sofa lounge and 1 single bed 1 fully equipped kitchen 1 x shower 1 wc You have access through the boiler room to the garden.. You can enjoy your meals and rest there. Everything is quiet.

At "La Terrasse du Verger" (Orchard's terrace), you will find a spacious, bright and open on the outside, accommodation. In this independent flat located in our house, we prepared you an high end, functional and in the mood, atmosphere. It fits as for families with children, as for groups (sports events, friends... ) for a journey.
