This studio of 25 m2, refurbished in 2020 and located at the bottom of a inhabited plot, includes a private parking space under the courtyard, an independent access and a patio. You will enjoy the proximity to shops and transport (15 mins walk) and its close access to the ring road.

In the Sebastiennais garden

Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.

Our stone and exposed beam farmhouse-style house is ideal for families or groups of friends. Its reclaimed spirit brings an extra character, a bohemian singularity, some pallet beds. This house is festive and unique, however it is not suitable for people who are too fussy or allergic to dust!
