Holiday rentals with a patio in Carrboro

I stayed in this unit with my small dog for a month, and it was a super comfortable place for a long-term stay! The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in, the bed is comfy, and the space is great. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and convenient. Parking was never an issue. Adam and Rachel were always VERY responsive when issues cropped up—I really appreciated how quickly they got back to me with a resolution. The only thing to note - the walls in the unit are very thin, so you will 100% hear your neighbors—just a reminder to be considerate if you choose to stay here. I’d absolutely stay again!!

We all enjoyed our stay very much. It’s a lovely historic building, beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and close to downtown. We enjoyed walking around the small park next to the house. I love the high ceilings, and even though the weather was beautiful, we appreciated that the air conditioning and fans were ready if we needed them. It was also really pleasant to sit on the front porch in the evening. A lovely home, great information and recommendations from the hosts, and we would be delighted to visit again.

Great location in downtown Cary. Easy check in/out. Perfect for week long business trip.

Great one-bedroom spot just a block from Transfer food hall and Burial. Perfect for a 2-person weekend stay. Plenty of street parking in the area but not even needed since there's a driveway for one car! Occasional road noise overnight, but there's a sound machine provided to drown it out.

The unit was very clean. Cute house in quiet area. We had confortable stay. I would want to stay again.

Jeanne's place was very nice. Very quiet and peaceful area surrounded by beautiful wooded areas. You will likely be able to spot lot of deers in the areas. All the amenities were well thought out and the kitchen had everything that you can think of that is needed. Highly recommended and will surely stay here on our next visit

Joshua's place was modern, convenient and comfortable. We left our lawn chairs at home and they let us borrow theirs. Overall, a great place to stay.

Such a wonderful stay! Heather was a great host. The house was beautiful and the pool was fabulous. We loved the area so much that we want to move to Raleigh. Can’t wait to come back and stay at Heather’s hut again!

We loved staying at Justin’s beautiful house and definitely hope to come back someday soon! The home itself is bright, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for our family of 4. We also really enjoyed spending time in the yard and on the deck, eating all of our meals out there, hanging out in the hot tub and sauna, and enjoying the peace and quiet of the surrounding woods. The house feels very private, even though you’re close to the road and have easy access to Hillsborough. We were very happy with the location. Justin and his family were also great communicators/super nice people and easy to coordinate with. I would definitely recommend this place!

Loved our stay at Villa Pinea. We are MCM lovers and this home is a perfect time capsule. The design and furniture are super livable and beautiful. The space is perfect for a long stay. There are spaces for work, rest and hanging out. The kitchen has everything and the listing is well stocked with all you need for coffee or big dinner. During the day, the house is serene and peaceful with views of nature from every window. At night you will be joined by all the sounds of nature including frogs and an occasional screech owl. This is a great place for rest and relaxation and Durham/ Chapel Hill are both 10 minutes away.

Wonderful, unique location. A real NC gem!

I stayed at the house with friends attending a reunion. I can't tell you what a beautiful, warm, restful place this is to relax and read and chat. There's a parlor with a wall of full-height windows from which you can gaze out at the many tall trees on the property. There's a cozy, well-equipped kitchen and a big table to sit around chatting: lots of non-matching hand-glazed plates and mugs for coffee. There's real art and some family memorabilia on the walls. There's a big screened porch with six rocking chairs. There's plenty of parking, and it's fifteen minutes from the middle of Chapel Hill. There are plenty of comfy chairs and sofas. If you want a beige "country-style" space with matchy everything and breakable antiques, go somewhere else. This is home away from home (except neat and tidy unlike my house).

The house was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities we needed. There was not one point where we thought to ourselves "oh I wish the house had __." It had everything! Thanks for being an amazing host.

Absolutely loved our stay! The house is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean (felt like we were in a model home) and fully stocked with everything you might need. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect for our group, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—high-quality bedding made it feel like a luxury hotel. The outdoor space was a highlight. There is a TV and amble seating. There is also a Solo fire pit and a charcoal grill. Another great perk: there’s a park right across the road with tennis and pickleball courts, which we took full advantage of. Highly recommend this home—comfortable, stylish, and so well thought out. It was the perfect place to stay for UNC graduation weekend. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location in wooded neighborhood. We had two families stay in this house- one couple stayed in the master bedroom and the other family with three kids stayed very comfortably on the other half of the upstairs. Very convenient location to downtown Chapel Hill and 18 min from the venue of the wedding we were in town for.

The apartment was very nice, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The view of the lake is amazing, and the surrounding area is quiet and beautiful—with lots of birds, tortoises, and fish to watch. Lois is a very polite, responsive, and helpful host. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Andrea’s place! She was very communicative and always willing to help, which we really appreciated. The location is super convenient—just 10 minutes from UNC—and the area is quiet and peaceful. We even spotted a couple of deer during our stay! The house layout worked perfectly for our family. We especially liked that the two upstairs bedrooms each had their own bathroom, giving everyone plenty of privacy. The mattresses were firm and very comfortable—just the way I like them—and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. As pet lovers, we were thrilled that they welcome furry guests. They even had a pet bed and food bowl ready for our puppy, which was such a thoughtful touch. There’s also a walking trail just a block away from the condo, which was perfect for morning strolls. Overall, a great stay—we’d definitely come back!

Very nice place to stay. kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean and instructions were clear. I found the bed VERY comfortable. everything we needed was already there for us. It felt almost like a second home the moment we walked in. 20min (without traffic) from just about everything. absolutely lovely stay.

I enjoyed my stay here! It was just as described, clean, and in a peaceful neighborhood walkable to Franklin Street and UNC Chapel Hill campus.

It is very close to UNC and the environment is pleasant.The 2 bedrooms are also comfortable, the only thing that is a little regrettable is that the beddings are polyester., I like pure cotton bedding. Overall very👍 nice would recommend.
