Profumo di Mare is a newly built two-room penthouse apartment in a villa, featuring a large panoramic terrace. It is located in the Bay of Cartaromana, overlooking the Bay of Naples (Mount Vesuvius, the Sorrento Peninsula, and the islands of Capri, Procida, and Vivara). The penthouse is on the third floor and consists of one bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, and a bathroom, for a total of 40 square meters (431 square feet). The large terrace (50 square meters), half of which is covered by an awning, is equipped with every comfort.

The apartment consists of a bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, terrace overlooking a large garden with a privileged view of the enchanting bay of Citara, where the suggestive shades of the Forian sunsets offer contrasting and intense emotions every day. The apartment is about 300 meters from the beaches of Citara, Cava dell'Isola and the "Giardini Poseidon" Thermal Park. The historic center is about 2 km away.

Downtown apartment

Apartment consisting of a living room with TV, kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms. AIR CONDITIONING ONLY IN THE BEDROOMS. It is located in the historic center of Forio. Panoramic terrace on the third floor equipped with a table, sofas, sun loungers and a countertop with a sink (shared space with the host who uses the terrace only for drying laundry). Please note: You can use the terrace until midnight. Visitors are not allowed.

In Forio d'Ischia in the locality of Cuotto, there is a lovely studio apartment equipped with all comforts, amenities, air conditioning, double bed, large sunbathing garden from where you can admire beautiful sunsets and parking. Children up to twelve years old do not pay. Please note, the tourist tax is paid at check-in or check-out. Only for adults, it is 2 euros per person per day only for the first 7 days.

Within walking distance you will find the bus stop and all services (cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, pharmacy, ATM, shopping), given the proximity to the town center.
