The Villa it’s composed of a living room with a window directly on the sea, a kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms and a magnificent garden with a terrace overlooking the beautiful bay of San Francesco. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven and everything you need to cook unforgettable italian meals. Inside the living room, with its big window on the sea, you’ll find a double sofa bed, two armchairs, dining table, TV and Air Conditioning. The two bedrooms feature a private bathroom with shower and a direct access to an amazing and peaceful garden. The big spaces and the smart disposition of the villa allows you to easily set up lunch and dinners both inside and outside the property, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets on the sea. During the stay I provide my guests with my phone number. I’m always reachable and willing to give any information about the properties or tips regarding a places to visit eat, visit and enjoy the island. La casa è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Forio d'Ischia, sulla spiaggia della baia di San Francesco. Nelle immediate vicinanze parcheggio, fermata autobus, stazione taxi, supermarket, ristorantini, bar e negozietti tipici. The bus stop for Forio is just 200 meters from the house while the one to reach the other places on the island is just over 600 meters. Daily trips from the port of Forio leave for boat trips to the nearby islands or to the mainland The Villa is located not far from the center of Forio and the touristic port. It can accommodate up to 7 people. The exclusive location allows easy access to the island's most beautiful and significant attractions, such as the Negombo Spa, the Poseidon Spa and the La Mortella gardens. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The beautiful town of Forio it’s just 2 km from the villa is: with its narrow streets, craft shops, restaurants and clubs, it’s definitely a place to be in the island. The home was absolute perfection. Claudia and Rosa, who greeted us, were wonderful, kind, very helpful with supermarket names and locations and responding to any of our needs. The location is remote but not out of the way at all, the house is beautiful and the views are there most beautiful I’ve ever seen.

This home is just beautiful! The views from inside the villa & outdoor balconies, pool area and terrace are stunning! We enjoyed the gardens and relaxing by the pool. The villa and outdoor areas are immaculate. Luigi was an incredible host from the moment we arrived. We are very grateful for all he did for us in terms of making recommendations & reservations. He was always available at a moment's notice to ensure we enjoyed the best that Sorrento has to offer. He is an outstanding host in every respect. We hope to visit again!!

We had a wonderful stay, it was a beautiful home with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great, we loved cooling off in there in the afternoons and the outdoor shower was super convenient. We made good use of the games room on a rainy/stormy morning. We were given loads of recommendations and we did try a lot of them, which were all great. We were also brought pastries one morning which was such a nice touch. The area was good, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The walk into sorrento wasn’t the easiest, especially in the heat along a very busy road, but we managed it most days. Highly recommend the accommodation, it is so worth the money and looks exactly like the photos.

Incredible stay! However, be warned, you must be prepared to travel via taxi or have your own car! I unknowingly booked without realizing how inaccessible by foot / public transport this location is. But that was on me. About 30 min car ride to Naples. The space on the other hand is quite large, lovely, homey and romantic. The host is INCREDIBLE! One of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She offered to drive us to a pizza spot after our late check in, knowing that some of us were hungry. She even set up a taxi to pick us up from the airport, since she knows we don’t speak the language. Went above and beyond and felt so welcomed. All in all, great stay, phenomenal host, and romantic scenery.

A spectacular stay! Beautiful villa but even more impressive were the hosts, from all of the bookings they handled for us ahead of time to last minute trips, to an amazing pizza party, we cannot say enough about the property or Alfredo and Serafina as well as their property manager, Svetlana. A perfect place to call home base if you plan to visit Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano, (all can be visited by car or public transportation), or even a trip to Napoli (about 1.5 hours away). We used car services, buses, and trains, and everything was clean, easy, and safe. Nothing but good things to say about this property. We did not want to leave!

Fantastic villa, perfect for visiting Sorrento. Perfect for a group, as each room has an en-suite and a great pool to cool off and relax in. Accessing central Sorrento is only a 20 minute walk along the main road, or a less than 5 minute train ride.
