Beachfront holiday rental in Casamicciola Terme

As soon as we stepped into the house we felt at home. A place with a family history, Margherita’s house was memorable. Sitting outside and watching the sunset was unique…The location is calm and with a little walk you easily get to every place. We already think of coming back to Procida and stay longer at Margherita’s house. Marco really did a beautiful work to keep it comfy and familiar. Thank you Marco!

Rooftop Nerano 5 well-deserved stars for Andrea. We booked 8 months ahead of our trip and he was available for every question along the way. No matter what we asked, his response was quick and helpful. This 3 bed/4 bath was perfect for 3 couples. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and 2 of the 3 suites opened to the lower balcony overlooking the sea. It had everything we needed including a washing machine (and clothesline for drying) which came in handy for all of us. But the standout is the rooftop terrace with its breathtaking view of the water. The location in Nerano was a perfect choice to stay. It’s a charming, fishing town with great restaurants within a few minutes walk. There is also a great store with everything you need just down the road. We liked the less crowded Nerano, but it did mean we were quite a distance from Ravello, Amalfi and Positano. (Don’t worry, Andrea can suggest drivers to help get you around.) All in all, I can’t say enough about Rooftop Nerano! Book it!!!!

Massimo was a great host, he offered free shuttle to and from the city centre upon check in and check out, he provided recommendations for things to do, and he was very responsive throughout our stay. The place has a beautiful view.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen gefühlt. Netter Kontakt, offen und hilfsbereit, einfacher Check-In. Die Lage direkt am Hafen mit Balkon mit traumhaftem Blick auf das rege Treiben am Hafen ist wirklich einmalig und erstaunlicherweise nicht einmal laut. laut. Gute Restaurants und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Die eng getakteten Busse, die direkt am Hafen abfahren/ankommen bringen einen überall hin auf der ganzen Insel. Wunderbar!

the most amazing view of the beach, and the free beach downstairs was amazing. close enough to Sorrento for day trips, could easily have done our 4 week trip in this B&B!!

Hidden gem right on the sea ! Very peaceful and Golden Beach Restaurant next door rents out the chairs d parasol. And it s a good place to eat . To note many Italian tourists come here so just follow them when you are looking for a place to eat ! The appartement is very cool and everything is provided . If you need anything the host, Roberto is very responsive !.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjours de 4 nuits. Je recommande cet endroit et j’y retournerai avec plaisir! Grand, très bien équipé, tranquille et sécuritaire. Vraiment bien situé dans Forio, village très charmant. Tout est à proximité: épicerie, boulangerie, restaurants et arrêts de bus. À 3 minutes, du port de Forio. Bien pratique d’arriver à cet endroit afin de commencer les vacances si c’est possible. Alessandro nous a permis d’arriver plus tôt. Ce fut très apprécié.

This location is absolutely gorgeous! My family and I loved our stay and we would recommend to all others! The views are breathtaking and it is a short drive (about 10-15 minutes) from sorrento city center which is very convenient.

Hands down the best AirBB I’ve rented. Three times now actually. That’s how much I love it! It’s a beautiful two level place with a kitchen just the right size for small meals at home. The bedrooms have an open design and are bright and cheerful. There are two closets and a small dresser. Plenty of space to put clothes away and keep the rooms tidy. The balcony is my favorite part of this rental. It’s the perfect for looking at the ocean or the charming town. Just a short walk from the castle, you will find many places to eat, shops to visit and views that will hold you there for a while…and may just make you late for your dinner reservation. That’s ok, though. Everything is a little slower in Italy. Savor the views. The only thing better than the magic of this beautiful place is the hospitality and kindness of Mary. You won’t find a host better than her. I’m already planning my next trip and can’t wait to be back!

This place was wonderful. Off a quiet street just outside of the hustle and bustle of Sorrento. Was more than enough room for our family of 7. Private parking for our car was convenient for our excursions in the area. Raffaele was an excellent host, always responsive and even set us up with an affordable and AMAZING Amalfi Coast driving tour. We all agreed we will stay here again on our next visit to Sorrento! 5 stars!

L'appartement est conforme au descriptif, très propre, bien décoré et tout proche de l'embarcadère. Le seul bémol mais de taille, les gros ferries ont semble t'il changé de point d'ammarage, juste sous les fenetres de l'appartement, et sont restés moteurs tournant de 22H à 8H du matin, les deux nuits ou nous sommes restés, pas de chance. C'était de fait, très bruyant la nuit. Pour le rest rien à dire tout était parfait.

Nerano is a great little village, and the house provides great views of the bay and mountain. Special thanks to Luciano who met us to handover the keys and provide a tour of the house. Geweldig appartement, adembenemend uitzicht. Douche op de grote slaapkamer was voor ons een beetje te smal en een douche gordijn dat steeds naar binnen werd gezogen maar dit weegt niet op tegen het geweldige appartement. De jacuzzi was heerlijk met tevens mooi uitzicht. Het zwembad hadden we altijd voor ons alleen. Sonia en Ivan waren altijd bereikbaar. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om overal te komen maar dat hadden wij. We komen graag nog eens terug want de tijd was te kort. Ook heerlijk gegeten in de haven beneden.

Stayed here for a family vacation. It was one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed. Extremely clean and well-kept. The location was perfect for getting to Sorrento for activities. It was about a 5-minute taxi ride or a 30-minute walk if you’re up for it. There’s also a bunch of amazing restaurants and a beach club less than a 5-minute walk away. The host is very responsive and any minor issues that arose were resolved quickly. We had a nine month old baby with us and found the apartment to be extremely accessible with a stroller. She also loved the plunge pool! Highly recommend a stay here with a larger group!

Mary’s apartment is located in a beautiful castle initially built around 13th century. It has a huge terrace with a view of the sea, Naples and the famous Vesuvius. We visited off season in May, so we had to drive to the beach about 5 min, but during the summer time the castle has an elevator to the beach. The pictures don’t do justice. Mary is a great host, very attentive, always prepared with good advice. All stars ⭐️ !!!

To begin, I have to start this review not on the house, but the hostess. Francesca is truly the best host I have ever had traveling through Italy for the last 10 years. She is kind, caring, informative, generous, talkative, and thinks of every detail. Fresh fruit on the kitchen table, coffee and a moka, eggs from her chickens, she even shared freshly made tiramisù and birthday cake with us! I feel that not only have I found the most awesome house on Ischia, but I made a new friend. Francesca is a SUPER~SUPER hostess. Now the house … the house is simply amazing! Starting with the terrace and the amazing sunsets we witnessed, the house is large and spacious and super clean. The kitchen is full equipped with everything to prepare a meal at home. The bedrooms are large and super spacious. Plenty of closet space to hang clothes, jackets, etc. The bathroom was perfect size, with shower/tub. Great towels and bed linens. Furniture is comfortable and modern. AC installed. Bella casa!

I will be back! Our time at Lucia’s place was nothing short of amazing! She is such a helpful and accommodating host. Her place was so lovely and clean! Will be booking again next year!

Mon séjour dans la petite maison de Lucia et Francesco a été superbe, les hôtes sont très attentionnés et disponibles, le village de Sant'Angelo est sublime Mon seul regret est de n'avoir pas prévu un séjour plus long... j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir!

Susanna’s place was fantastic. The apartment was in an incredible location in the center of Ischia. The apartment was very modern and clean. The patio outside was great to have breakfast in the morning. 4 minutes from the beach, 2 minutes from the Main Street with all the shops and restaurants and 10 minutes from the main bus stop. The bus system is very good and I went all over the island on it. Susanna was very responsive and welcoming host and I plan on coming back next summer for a longer stay. Ischia is absolutely beautiful and enchanting! Grazie Mille!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole nell'appartamento di Daniele! L’alloggio si trova nel comune di Forio, era pulito, accogliente e ben posizionato. Daniele è un host gentilissimo, ci è venuto a prendere direttamente al porto e durante tutta la vacanza è stato sempre disponibile, rispondendo immediatamente ai messaggi e offrendoci supporto per qualsiasi necessità. La posizione è ottima: in circa 10 minuti a piedi si raggiungono sia la spiaggia che il supermercato, e anche le fermate degli autobus sono facilmente accessibili a piedi. Consigliamo assolutamente questo alloggio a chi cerca una vacanza rilassante, ben organizzata e con un’ottima accoglienza. Grazie ancora Daniele!

Had a great stay at Raffaele and Teresa’s lovely bungalow. It was a good size and had everything you need, it was very clean and very comfortable and had a wonderful view of the sea on the patio, which we loved. The bungalow was in a great location, close to the Port with restaurants, shops etc. and so easy to access everything you need. As well as being within the lovely Borgo and so close to the beach on the other side. Teresa and Raffaele were fabulous hosts and so friendly and welcoming to us and made us feel right at home. They gave us lots of recommendations about the area, places to eat and things to do. They very proactive and always available, and we enjoyed our chats with Teresa very much. Would gladly recommend, and would return again.

Fabrizio’s place was perfect for our family of 5. The decks with ocean views were great and bedrooms and bathrooms all very well appointed. Very walkable location to local shops, beaches, and port. Host was very responsive and had nice restaurant recommendations. We had a slight ant issue that was addressed very quickly. We would highly recommend this place and would love to return to the beautiful island of Ischia!
