Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Casamicciola Terme

Cozy accommodation in an ideal location on the idyllic island of Procida. We loved sitting on the terrace, looking out at the sea and watching the relaxed bustle of the Marina Corricella.

As soon as we stepped into the house we felt at home. A place with a family history, Margherita’s house was memorable. Sitting outside and watching the sunset was unique…The location is calm and with a little walk you easily get to every place. We already think of coming back to Procida and stay longer at Margherita’s house. Marco really did a beautiful work to keep it comfy and familiar. Thank you Marco!

Could not of been more perfect! The location, the size and the terrace was just what we needed! A 10 minute walk from multiple beaches and a quaint meander through the cobbled streets into the town of Forio! Amazing host, could not have been happier!

Maria is a fantastic host, very kind and helpful. The house is equipped with everything you need, the outdoor space is very pleasant and functional for returning from the sea. The location is very convenient, very close to the sea (on foot), the bus stop, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it!

We had one of the best stays ever at this Airbnb – on a scale of 1 to 5, we’d give it a 10! The property is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and super comfortable. Nestled on the side of a hill, the location offers breathtaking views of the town, sea, and Mt Vesuvius. While the 200 steps down to town added a bit of a workout to our daily routine (10 minutes down and 20 minutes back up); we managed just fine and we are in our mid to late 60’s. The hosts picked us up from the train station, drove us directly to the home and took is back when our stay ended We do recommend that anyone with mobility issues check with the hosts to arrange personal transportation before booking, as taxis and Ubers won’t pick you up right at the doorstep. The hosts are exceptional & some of the nicest folks we have met. They are more like concierges than typical Airbnb hosts. They arranged day trips, restaurant reservations and even a private guide to Pompeii. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a fabulous time in Sorrento and staying with Maria Laura was wonderful. She was very accommodating and gives great restaurant recommendations. The place itself had the charm of the region and is a peaceful stay amongst the lemon trees. It is a bit of a hike up the hill but it did not detract from our stay. Overall, highly recommend!

We will never forget our first trip to Italy and the views from this beautiful property will forever be imprinted in our memories. If you are looking for an authentic experience away from tourists and crowds, but surrounded by beauty, this is your place. Michele is an incredible host who will tirelessly answer your questions, anticipate your needs and make arrangements to ensure you get the full experience. Candida’s place was very sweet! The view was amazing, and we had everything that we needed. She was welcoming with goodies and information to make our stay perfect. The Capri Classic boat tour was a great way to spend the day to see the beautiful island; Candida took care of the booking which included pick up and drop off. We had a car for our other explorations, so we never experienced the need for other public transportation, but walking doesn’t it is a real possibility. The parking on the street for our larger car was snug against the wall, but we didn’t have an issue getting a spot each night. We drove to Positano (45 minutes) one night and enjoyed our visit. It is about a 15 minute drive to get to the closest beach - Mary’s Beach, a pebble beach and not a sandy beach. All in all, it was a great stay.

I stayed with 3 other friends for 3 nights. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. She was able to coordinate a car rental to be delivered to the house for us. The apartment is really large, walkable to a great beach and restaurants and so peaceful. The kitchen is rather small, therefore if you’re looking to cook a ton, might not be the best for that, but was perfect for preparing breakfast and snacks. Overall, it’s a beautiful space, really comfortable couches and would definitely stay again!

Thanks again for hosting us! We had a wonderful stay in Procida, and it was far too short. The accommodation was great, quiet and perfectly located to be able to access it on foot from the port. This apartment was incredible! It definitely is just as gorgeous in person as in the pictures. The area had plenty of restaurants and markets to grab anything you need in a short walking distance. It also had the biggest balcony that made people watching and having a glass of wine a must do activity while you’re here. The only thing that people might not enjoy is the level of street noise at night if you don’t sleep as heavy as I do.

The home looked exactly like the photos, but the view was even more breathtaking in person. We spent so much time on the rooftop patio, taking in the incredible cityscape—and we were lucky enough to catch fireworks almost every night! The location was also super convenient. It’s just a quick 10-minute taxi ride to lots of great restaurants, and getting a taxi is really easy. Just walk out of the property, take a left, and you’ll see several taxis waiting straight ahead. The only suggestion we have is to provide an extra key to the front door. There was only one, which made it a bit tricky when our group wanted to split up during the day—we had to get creative with coordinating access. Overall, it was a fantastic 3 night stay and we’d absolutely come back!

Beautiful clean place with comfortable beds. They had a nice kitchen and great views from the balcony. Perfect location for walking around.

This place has an amazing view, probably the best airbnb view I've ever seen. It was so good we ate at home most meals to enjoy the patio. The place in the pictures was under renovation so we were able to use the larger space above, which had a similar view. Michele was a great host and even took me to the super market on his moped. The walk up to town is about 10mins on the street with it and the walk down to the pier is about the same. Private boat trips can pick one up from the marina near you instead of going to Marina Grande

Lucia's house is gorgeous, spotlessly clean and very well organized. The large balcony feels like a little yard and offers a lovely view. The location is great, close to a supermarket and just a short walk to the center of Capri. Thank you so much, Lucia!

A beautiful clean apartment with the most magnificent views over the Bay of Naples. Annamarie and her daughter were wonderful hosts. Attentive , knowledgeable and extremely helpful and friendly. Great location and very close to the funicular to get down into the main town. Also very close to the metro too. Annamarie and her daughter Jessica were extremely responsive hosts to any questions we had about getting around , restaurants and food shopping. I would highly recommend the apartment to all my friends and family. Naples is definitely a city worth staying a while in.

We had a lovely time at Helgas place in Sorrento! Clean and beautiful space, open and gorgeous surroundings! The check in process was super easy, one of the lovely hosts met with us and showed us everything, really responsive and helpful when we needed anything! We enjoyed a couple mornings in the private courtyard and watching the sunset down on the balcony by the sea! Wondering through the lemon and orange groves was picturesque! Sorrento was a great place to visit, the town and restaurants and beach clubs all within a 20 minute walk We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Sorrento, we wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed for two nights and spent a lot of time on the balcony. The views and home itself looked even more magical in person. So many amazing restaurants and an incredible wine bar right down the street. We didn't want to leave and cannot wait to return. We are in great shape and only visited with a backpack so stairs were not an issue for us. Worth every step! Felt safe and enjoyed our stay. Host was very accommodating and even got us a taxi when we had to catch an earlier train back to Rome! Believe us, you want to book La Casa Sull Acqua!!!

We only stayed in Alessandro's house for a few days, but we had a great time! The Hosts were kind and helpful, they gave us a lot of advice and we didn't miss anything. The house is well cared for in detail, clean and nothing was really missing. In addition, the area is very quiet, there are a few shops, several restaurants and a few beaches. We loved it. If we return to Ischia, we will definitely stay here again ☺️💗

What a brilliant find! Marcos place is the perfect escape from the busy centre of Naples. The driving route to get there is chaos & totally unique Italian style crazy driving, but when you arrive you quickly forget about the madness. Beautiful views & a stunning apartment. Would definitely stay here again! Maros mother greeted us & she is a delight, Marco answered any questions we had very quickly & nothing was a bother. 10/10 stay.
