Monthly Rentals in Castello

We had a great time in the villa, everything was very tidy, practical, spacious and clean. Quiet at night, peaceful during the day. We couldn't use the pool due to bad weather, but it was in perfect condition and immediately accessible from the villa.

We had a very nice and relaxing stay at Laura's. The apartment is beautifully and practically furnished. Above all, we fell in love with the tranquility and the view of the greenery. When you open the balcony door, you can hear the stream rushing, which I liked very much. The kitchen is super equipped and the refrigerator is large. There is also a washing machine. You can reach a nice kiosk in Porto Vatalvaglia on foot. There you can swim and have a wonderful view of the lake with drinks. A recommendation is to use the small streets, as there are no sidewalks. A trip to the Cascada della Frodo is also wonderful and can be done directly from the apartment on foot. The forest and the waterfalls are beautiful. Initially, we had difficulty finding the apartment, which was due to the fact that I had not read Laura's very good check-in explanation. I recommend reading the explanation and photos before arrival if ☺️you have a good network connection.

We spent five wonderful days on the 2nd floor of Villa Smith. The rooms are large, the beds are cozy, the kitchen is well equipped. Everything is spotless, plus soothing sounds from the small stream next door, the garden is a dream (swings, ping pong and boccia in the middle of an enchanted idyll). Having breakfast on the large terrace while looking out over Lake Maggiore or the mountains was simply wonderful. In addition, Claudio was available for questions within a very short time, gave us great tips for the stay and was a great host. We would love to move into the villa - since that is not possible, we will at least be happy to come back for a vacation.

The three of us felt super comfortable from the first moment! Luca's parents, who live right next door and were always available, gave us a very homely feeling. We received fresh eggs from their own chickens as well as a delicious pasta dish with aperitif and salad. Our little daughter was allowed on the trampoline and on the swing at any time - a perfect apartment & property for small families! Buchen and swimming opportunities were quickly accessible by car. There were plenty of options to eat Italian and the surrounding cities had the perfect Italian flair! All in all, we felt very safe, relaxed and happy. We would definitely book again!
