Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

You'll be staying in a newly renovated apartment on the third floor of a residential building (with elevator) facing via Bafile, Jesolo Lido's main street, between Piazza Brescia and Piazza Mazzini. The beach is literally a 1 minute-walk from the apartment. The apartment can accomodate up to 6 guests and includes a private parking space for 1 car, your own umbrella with beach beds on the beach right in front of the apartment, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioned and washing machine.

The apartment on the second floor has very easy access. It is just 300 meters from the sea and just 20 meters from the bus stop for Venice, which can be reached in about 50 minutes by car, or 1 hour by bus from the Jesolo bus station. The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.

IMPORTANT: The cleaning routine is very thorough and involves sanitizing all surfaces and objects that are normally touched by guests. The apartment is located in a typical and lively area, full of restaurants, bars, shops, still authentic and frequented by Venetians. It's close to both the station and the center. Renovated in 2015, welcoming and comfortable.

Seafront studio in a very central area, ideal for couples or singles. It has a beach spot with an umbrella and two sunbeds in an excellent location and private parking in front of the apartment included at no extra cost (for tourists the park would cost 18 euros/day and the umbrella with sunbeds this year would cost a fortune, if you can find them)
